I can't do anything with my work on Miro

I have two pieces of work on my whiteboard.  One works absolutely fine - I can move the cursor around, remove rows and columns, copy and paste etc.  The other appears stuck - the hand won’t change to the cursor and I literally can’t do anything with it.  It was working fine this morning but now won’t let me do anything.  Please advise - in as simple terms as possible - I’m not very technical!

Thanks

Blanche

@Department of Change - When you mention that your cursor is a “hand”, it sounds like your cursor is in “pan/move” mode, so when you click on almost anything on the board, you will end up moving the board - you will want to change to select mode, i.e., the cursor will become an “arrow”. You can press the V or H key on your keyboard to toggle between select and pan mode.

You can also use the “select” mode switcher on the content creation toolbar:

More on this here:

Switching between Select / Pan modes

The only other thing I can think of is that the object could be locked - more on this here:

Lock objects

Tip: you can unlock all objects at once by right-clicking on a blank spot on the board and selecting Unlock all:
