My team are have all been having performance issues with Miro this week.  We’re all working from home - so on different wifi connections and also are working on different boards.  We are finding that when we click onto something like a post-it, a box or a text-box - that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Or you might have to wait minutes to be able to click on something. We are also finding frames incredibly at times do not want to be selected. I’m assuming this is again a responsiveness issue. We try to expand or change a frame - and we can’t.   

First time I experienced this throughout my work with Miro and it makes work annoying.I cannot manipulate object order (send back or in front) when they are in a defined frame, but I can do it if the objects are out of frame. See two pictures: two circles in the frame - I cannot manipulate order. Once the same circles are out of frame - I can manipulate order.Is there an issue with my board setting or is this internal Miro functionality? I tested with different boards and got the same results. 

 recently a bug has started appearing that you can’t add text into boxes, there is just no such optionwhen you change the type of box to “T” however  the option to add text reappearsalso this thing happens on the computer only, on the android app you can text normally 

I’d like to save versions of an org chart, but since it changes from time to time I’d like to have a way to save the old one in version history before adding the new member to it

New to mind mapping and am having trouble getting started.  I got my miro account, so step 1 is done.  With all the templates, it’s a little confusing deciding which ones to use.  Do you guys have 2 or 3 you use as go-to’s for creating new maps?  

The colors are too white, the grid is lost and there is no background clour.

As I noticed, the “bring everyone to me”-function is only working, if i share the board with everyone and only with giving writing rights to everyone.In my opignion, this is contraproductive.I want to bring everyone to me also if I gave only reading rights to my audience.I want to make a presentation to my listeners without giving them writing rights. Is there a special setting in the setting options I overlooked?

My manager sent me an invite via outlook to join a Miro board. I have received 52 mails now despite accepting the invitation. How do I make these stop and why is it happening? 

When I started using miro it reacted very fast. Now it is getting slower and slower from month to month, despite my internet connection being stable at 70 MBit/second.What happens here? Are you sitting new customers on fast machines, and shifting your loyal customers to slower machines?Please do not tell us: too much load … that means many customers and much money that you could invest into fast infrastruchture. Why dont you do that? 

It seems to have vanished from the UI. I can see my ‘starred’ boards but I cannot star any new boards

[Third time trying to write this because I’ve accidentally gone to the previous page and lost the form data]I’m using a Samsung Tab S9+, it’s a built in keyboard and touchpad on it’s detachable cover. I’m using miro mostly with a mouse and keyboard setup, instead of using it only with touchscreen.There are two abnormal points to tackle.1st: Text renders quite a bit differently than the browser on mac or windows, and this does indeed affect layouts. The text appears larger, and some words at the end of the line end up on the line below. This occurs both on the miro app, and miro via samsung internet browser. [images comparing windows (Microsoft Edge) and android (app) at the end of the description]2nd: If you edit any text via android app, the text being edited grows abnormally large, but it gets to it’s standard after. The problem is that the textbox follows it’s size when editing, but it doesn’t get smaller again. [

When I share the whiteboard link, the user receives a request informing them to sign in. This has never happened before. It has been happening for the last 24 hours or so.

Hello,  I’m trying to upload a back up of a Miro board and 4 of the 5 back ups have no problem at all. However, the final one refuses to upload and in both the web browser and the app I encounter an error that states “Version 1.6 is not supported!” When googling and checking the community, I can’t find much mention of version 1.6 and it seems no one else has encountered this error. I suspect this is some kind of pay wall issue. Is that correct? I am on an education plan and perhaps my comrade who created the board originally may be on a paid version that has extra features, meaning I can not use the content shared with me by him. Is there a way around this? I can access his original board but I am unable to copy it because I’m not part of his team, so they generously sent me the backup file of it. However, I can’t upload it because of this version error. Essentially I’m just looking for a way to make and edit a copy of a board that’s been shared with me. Any sug

Hello,When trying to edit a previously created plantuml diagram here is what I see on the desktop app (the same is happening on Chrome. On Firefox I cannot even access the code, it is just empty, like a new document):  

My work email account has been overwritten with a new address and now I cannot log in on miro anymore, because I don’t have access to my former email address. I lost access to all the boards I created and the teams I shared or to which I was added. Is there any possibility to fix that?

Hello, I've been trying to integrate Speakatoo for Text-to-Speech conversion, and while the Speakatoo API works fine on Postman, I'm encountering issues with the integration in my application. Why is MIRO unavailable when the status monitor says services are restored?

Miro freezes (WHEN I USE FIREFOX) when I do the following:Click on Duplicate Click on Name of my BoardNot a problem using EDGE.  

That’s so frustating, I have work 6 months of my time on a board for my end of study project and realise afterward that it has suddenly disappeared 😱 for now reason from my account. I don’t understand how that’s possible to happen on a plateform, is there like update bug or hacking concern which could be causing this ? Thanks in advance for all your lead on this topic.
