can I add a document and have ai organize it into a mind map?

I really like how a comment appears when you first start it: Is there an easy way to standardise and replicate this to call out certain parts of the board? The closest I’ve managed to get is this but as a collection of shapes it’s unwieldy:  It is a group of 2 rectangles with a connector with a ball end.

I am trying to draw a rectangle or square around a bunch of Post-its and frames de-marking from the others. However inspite of keeping the size and opacity to 100%, the borders are rarely visible. Am I missing something?  How do I make the borders more thicker. Am attaching the imageShape border barely visible 

Entity relationship diagram (ERD) slows down board performance after +50 ERD objectsMy board have +500 objects and 200 of them are ERD objects. My other boards are +2000 objects and there is no performance issue, we work satisfactorily fast with them. However, when we add ERD, even in a small number objects, boards slows down dramatically.What's more confusing is that the slowness remains in my board when I delete ERD objects. When I copy all objects except ERDs to a new board, there is no slowness in new board.I try it in Windows desktop app and Chrome browser. result is the same. The app is updated. (OP is also updated Windows 10)I'm open to any ideas if anyone can help with this. 

Hello, I’m not a frequent user of miro and I’m having some trouble with how my embedded Spotify playlist is appearing in my board --I’m hoping somebody here can help! When I embed a Spotify playlist using an upload link it appears as this in the board:however I was wondering if there was any way to remove that preview so that it immediately looks like this:without viewers having to click on the eye icon, and to just have a preview of the tracks be what appears on the board? I have also tried embedding via iframe however the preview then looks like this: Many thanks in advance! 

Is there a way to reposition the context menu that pops up when you hover over a google doc? If you zoom in to read the doc (you kinda have to zoom in unless you have eagle eyes), it gets covered up by the other toolbars.Secondly, is there a way to scroll through the document instead of having to read the first page, go to the toolbar and click the right arrow, read the second page, and repeat?context menu (part that says “1 of 71” plus two iconts to the right) is covered by toolbar (part that starts with a right-facing caret) 

I have done the integration with saml and my new Google Users are appearing. So good so far. But how can i add them to teams? I added Teams that has the exact same name, than the google groups i added in the configuration, but it changes nothing on the users.In Google Admin there also isnt a button to sync the groups..Any Ideas?

When I add a link to my plantuml code I can see it in the preview but once I click un update diagram it disappears. Is this some sort of security feature that is removing my links? Can we disable so we can use the links in plantuml?thanksFred 

I just had a big problem, my boards disappeared most of them deleted, and deleted right in front of my eyes. I tried to find them through the history and for half an hour on the same link showed me different messages, at first there was an opportunity to restore, then it disappeared and messages that they were deleted, and the main my board is still alive but it is in someone else's account. Administration of the site, how can it be that my board iszzzlezvala there information on millions of dollars. How can it be that the board is deleted without asking or disappears? 

I’m using the org chart template to represent a project risk breakdown structure and it seems to be ideal for what I need however I need help with selecting the correct types of links. The default boxes had multiple boxes linked from the left-hand side of each child node to the parent node above (example below under Environmental), however when I create new boxes they link directly from the center of the parent to the one below (example below under Site) representing more of a hierarchy. How do I create the links which connect to the side to represent of a list of child boxes stacked vertically below the parent box? 

I’m using Miro because Jamboard is going away. One thing I like about Jamboard is that jams’ (their name for boards) thumbnails are set by default to the contents of the first page/frame.Is this possible in Miro or is it something I have to do manually per board I create?

I’m currently trying out Miro’s free version to see if I should go for the paid ones. I wanted to know where I could find the links to the board on Google Drive. I tried to make a new board and clicked the Export this Board button, then Save to Google Drive. Then a prompt saying that the board was already saved showed.I tried searching for the same board name on Google Drive but did not find it. Where are Miro files/links stored in Google Drive?

Hello! I suddenly lost an access to my 3rd board. According to my free plan I can use 3 boards, but today my 3rd board suddenly became view only board. What’s the matter?

Hi there I’ve noticed that sometimes when I add a frame around some content that not all that content is picked up by the frame. So if I want to move the frame to another part of the board it is only picking up some of the elements. Doesn’t seem to do this consistently so not sure what I am missing here? Can anyone help?

A few days ago, when I was paste links on my miro board, some sites started showing like images - it was cool and I loved it. I just used ctr+v. But now, same links does not show as images. What happened? How to turn it back? Where is that option in Miro?  

Is there a separate privacy policy for K-12 student use? I saw on the privacy policy that qualified educational institutions include middle schools and high schools but looking at the privacy policy was a stipulation that Miro was not intended for students under 16 years of age. Is there a separate privacy policy when using the education plan that would allow educators to request the deletion of student data or prevents the selling of student data for use of marketing?

Is it possible to export a mind map as a text-based nested list? 

I’m having a problem with the text in both Sticky Notes and just general square shapes with text in them where the text within gets distorted as I move around the board. Sometimes the text inside completely changes (it’ll duplicate a couple words over and over), it’ll have some words in a bigger font size and some in a smaller size, and other times it’s just plain weird, or words are getting shared between stickies. I’ve tried changing the sticky note sizes to Small, Medium, Large. I’ve tried moving the text into square shapes. And I keep having the same issue happen. This makes it really difficult to lead an effective meeting, because I have to double-click back into a sticky note or shape to actually see what the text is supposed to be.  

Hello, I'm a manager at a company, and I'm considering using Miro to manage our teams. We have 5 teams, each with several members. I would like to create a main account responsible for payments and control over all teams and members across different departments. Only the team managers need to have edit permissions, while the other members only need to view.My question is: which Miro plan would be best suited for this structure? Do all users need to be members, or can I make only the managers members and the rest visitors? Additionally, is it possible to subscribe to the appropriate plan during the 14-day trial period? I appreciate any guidance!

Is it possible to create a checklist AND be able to add PDF attachments to it? We use checklist for supplier setups and would attach our signed form from the supplier but can’t seem to do this at all as it copies the PDF to the board, not the card/checklist itself. Surely this is possible?! Any help is much appreciated, or if there is another way of having checklist cards and attach PDFs do let me know. Thanks

Hello all I created a Kanban board on my free version of Miro and when I logged in the next day the tags and other info (dates, assignee) added to the cards was whited out. How can I fix this? I have already tried logging out and back in again. 

I am unable to swipe to select multiple items with my mouse (have to hold down key and click each one). Also, I have no alignment tools. When I finally get multiple items selected there are now alignment tools (I can align text but not items).
