I initiated a free trial a few days ago, but I've been trying to cancel my subscription ever since and have been unable to do so. Despite my repeated attempts, the cancellation process does not seem to work, and I keep getting stuck or redirected.
To my surprise, I've now received a notification indicating that I'm being charged nearly $200. This is completely unacceptable as I only intended to access the free trial and have been actively trying to cancel before any charges were incurred.

I also wanna clarify that English is not my first language and the email I received was in English so I did not understand it said that they will charge at the end of the trial, I didn’t sing up to that term.
