I loose connection every 15 seconds.  The connection immediately restores the connection.  This goes on for my entire session.  It’s very frustrating.  Where do I start to troubleshoot?

 

@plotboy - A few places to start/considerations:

  • If you are on a corporate network, contact your IT/networking support team
  • Disable any VPNs/firewalls/anti-virus software
  • Check your OS firewall settings - you may want to try excluding ‘miro.com’
  • Try connecting through a smartphone hotspot
  • If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, try a wired connection
  • If using a browser, try
    • a private/incognito session (will usually disable any installed browser extensions)
    • the Miro desktop app

WebSockets came to mind as a potential culprit, but usually a board won't load at all.
