I have since downgraded my account to the Free one for several months now and yet I still get charged $20/ monthly. The site is impossible to navigate when it comes to understanding why I am still being charged and there is no support, except this community site, without being a paying customer. This is starting to feel like a scam now. Can someone please get back to me? I have logged in and left this comment under my account, so you should have my account details.
Cancel my subscription and issue me a refund for the last few months
