Help, my boards don’t work

Hi. My boards haven't been working for several days now. I can log into the app, the Internet is working well and there is still a lot of storage on the device, but when I click on the board, I just see a gray screen. This is not the first time, I don't know what to do. I tried restarting the Internet and the app.
