Hey everyone !          We are used Miro API (Paid account) in Our Laravel site.My question is :                 How to change my user’s name on cursor name who access my board. I have shared my screenshots here for the content of explaining.Here you can see the cursor name on my board (Guest Creator, Guest Architect).Guest Creator How to change the name to Ram?Here any option is there to possible to implement it ?My user is not logged in to the Miro login, they are logged in to my site, and the session retrieves these user details. How to set the session username to this cursor name  )

I created a few projects for the last 3 years using my private email, but the owner of the board is another person. How can I move all my projects  to my student account? 

I upgraded my account to Team plan for two months and then cancelled it a few days ago.I just logged in to my account and found out I couldn’t edit my boards because boards are belong to team (or are stored in team). Then I clicked the Upgrade button on the upper-right side, and clicked downgrade button under free plan. It turned out all my boards are disappeared!  Anyone knows how to make my boards back? Any help would be much appreciated.    

HiI am trying to delete the basic (first) step in the process diagram - I do not need it, I wolud like to start from the second one. But when I push Delete, all the diagramm (all the steps that follows) is deleted. How can I fix it?The yellow one I want to delete and start the diagram from the step at the right (without colour), but when I delete the yellow one, all the steps that are situated at the right are erased. HELP!!! 

I am working on an App/Integration that will update Miro User Profile Images using another system as the image source. My App has team permissions to team:write scope at the App/Team level. When I call the https://api.miro.com/v1/users/USERID/picture method through the API using the App’s global OAuth Token I receive a 403 Forbidden response code. My intention is to have the app update all user’s images that are members of the team. The team admin gave permission for the app at the team level.  Is this not sufficient? 

I want to be able to create a page a google sites similar to the one on Miroverse that I can share internally within my organisation. To be able to do that I was wondering if it is possible to create the use template button on a google site.Any advice is appreciated!

Hello MiroI am only slightly pulling my hair out over this. I have a Miro account that is currently on the free tier. I have recently been added to an external team (by a 3rd party) that I am collaborating with on a project. This team is also on the free tier, and they have 3 boards on there already.I want to now create a board of my own, for personal and unrelated things, but it seems like I can’t because the boards on this other team counts towards my own allocation?Is this supposed to work like this?  Why can’t I create my own boards outside of the team that I have been added to? What would have happened if I had a board on my profile already, and then got added to this team? Would Miro have deleted my board or something?

Hey @allWe use the paid Miro api on our site. The board is very nice, is working good . Now we have created the export button on our site. If you click on the button, the current Miro board is download .. How to do it?Is anything possible for that?How do we change our code? Note: This is an external function. Hello, very new to Miro. I love the feature that I can insert a multi-page pdf (like a slide show) and move through it page by page. This means I don’t have to switch back to Zoom and have the presenter share screen. Works great for me. The problem is that when I tested it with a team member, they could not see the ‘slides’ (pages) changing when I changed them; they could advance pages themselves, but did not see what I saw. How do I ‘present’ say a 10 slide deck either in ppt or pdf within Miro so that everyone can see when I change slides (can see what I see).? Thanks!

I apologize for such a newbie question but I searched everywhere I promise.  Is it possible to have a shape, with two colors(sections)?  I know I could create two squares and lay one on top of another, and color one differently, but I’m trying to create a rounded rectangle. Best example I could find is attached.  I can’t seem to figure out how to make a separate area at the bottom of this object its own color, have the corners aligned, etc.  

Why can’t I create a new free team? I have been invited to others but can’t create a new one… I would like to have a free board that I can manage with a new set of people but I can’t find support help on this topic.

I’ve used the prefilled Technology Roadmap template.I have a table that is set to “cell resize = manual”. I can select columns separately and edit the width of almost all columns, but for whatever reason for some columns the resizing does not work.Anyone any suggestions on how I might fix this or what is causing this?In the image below: it’s the one highlighted in blue that doesn’t work. I can change the columns left of it. On the right of it, I can only change the width on the righthand side.

Calling all brilliant people!! Needing help please!! :)Why can’t you just add columns and rows to a program board like you can with a generic excel table? Is there a way to do this? I hate having to go and hand-select hundreds of boxes to copy and paste when I wish I could select “add row” or “add column” or even just lasso everything at once, duplicate and be done. BUT, if I lasso something (like the proud Texan I am), it only grabs two out of DOZENS of elements in the lasso so I have to click individually every item inside the target area…. sigh. This is the ONLY thing I don’t like about Miro. Doing this is NOT an intuitive workflow and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or found a workaround?Thanks!!

I need assistance regarding how I can get my education account to update from the current “free plan” to the education plan, I am logged inot the education team but my account seems to have free plan limitations, I have confirmed that other members in this team do not have a 3 board restriction so please help as to how I can upgrade. Hi We are wanting to be able to tag/categorise the custom board templates we create. Our reason why is we want people to be able to see boards that relate to one another. EG Discovery Related boards vs Ideation Boards. Our terrible hack at the moment is long description names eg Discovery - Empathy Safari. But there has to be a better way :)Also can you sequence the order the templates display? Again our hack is to use numbering 1. Discovery - Empathy Safari.Many thanks  

I have created a set of cards within a frame to group these together. When I export a single card, or multiple cards to csv it is correctly separated (Title, Description, URL, Tag, Assignee, Due Date) leaving gaps when there is missing data. However when I export a group of cards within a frame gaps in data are ignored and the data is presented based on what is there. For exampleTitle, Description, Tag, Assignee, Due DateTitle, Tag, Due DateThis causes a problem with the CSV as the data is not in the correct columns.Any thoughts/advice/help?Cheers

Hello everybody, Sometimes, while I am working on grids, I go into a modality in which I can only select the whole grid but, If i pass the mouse on the grid, the small grey icons on the sides of the grid do not appear. I love the feature to paste cells from excel/google sheets and have each cell appear as a separate post-it. It’s amazing for problem solving sessions.Now, I used an external tool for idea generation (we got over 150 ideas). After that I wanted to put them in MIRO for discussion, grouping, filtering and sorting (convergent thinking part of the finding ideas for a problem). And here’s the issue - when I copy ideas from the google sheets file to MIRO:I’m getting an error message: “Sorry, you cannot paste more than 5000 cells or 6000 characters.” As expected not all ideas end up being pasted to MIROMy data didn’t exceed the 5000 cells limit, but did exceed the 6000 characters limit, but I ran a couple of tests with simplified data sets:SET 1 Data 200 cells - one BELOW the other (separate rows) each cell contains a word with a length from 4 to 7 characters according to excel formulas, as well as to https://easywordcount.com/ there are 200 words, 1070 characters (without spaces) and 126
