Hi Miro Community!

I’m totally new to this tool and would need your expertise 🙂 Thanks in advance for reading my post!

 

We bought 6 licenses (Team plan) because we want to hold 6 parallel sessions (one host for each session) with non-members joining.

 

I bought the 6 licenses and my issue now is how to allocate the licenses to the other 5 persons?

When I see my subscription details, it says well that only 1 license is allocated.

The problem is that when I want to add a new member, it says that this person will have a 7-day free trial, but I don’t understand why as we have bought 6 licenses in total.

Could you explain me how to provide the other hosts with login details?

The simplest way if you expect that these users would be accessing different boards within your Miro Team is to add them to the Team itself.
