Hi,

I have imported/used the Design Sprint template on a board. Now I want to cleanup the board. But I can’t select all and delete. First thing I notice is that the elements are all locked… how to unlock all of them at once? Then I noticed that even after unlocking some of them manually I can’t select them all. They simply don’t get selected… 

Can anyone help with this template and its deletion? 

And is there a general, efficient method to clean up a board completely?

@Ulrich Rücker - To unlock all objects at once, right-click on a blank spot on the board and use Unlock all:

 

Perfect. So simple… Interestingly the delete works now as well after unlocking them…

Hi, I am having a similar problem after adding a template to a board, I can’t delete it :-( 

 

I have done the unlock all but then get the message ‘Objects are under protected lock’.  Really annoying I haven’t even made any changes to the template so not sure why I can’t remove it.  HELP!
