I joined for the first time to a shared whiteboard. Many other had edited, but for some reason I can not. I don´t have the left toolbar, not even the pointer/curson, nor the option to add sticky notes or to use the pen… anything. All I have is the little hand and the change to add comments. Why? How can I solve that?Thank you!

I’m currently trying to create images on a Miro board using the SDK. I have the images stored as base64 data URLs. But it seems the method isn’t accepting that format. Here the code I’m using: miro.board.widgets.create({ "type": "image", "url": "data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAA..."})The error message I get: Error: 'url' field is required for ImageWidgetDoes the method only accept regular url’s? I wasn’t able to find an answer in the docs.  

Do we have a Keyboard shortcut for entering the presentation mode ? I Can’t seem to find it. 

Hello EveryoneWe try to figure out a solution to implement automatic license assignment in Miro for specific groups. We have thousands of users and some of the will get a license, some of them not.The best way to go would be a ad group. If the user is in a specific ad group, a license will be assigned in Miro. We have Azure AD and SCIM already configured.Anyone of you guys has an idea how to solve this? Thanks for your help!

Is there any max number for guest editor to have a board? I’m planning to have a ideation session with more for 300 people, with 1 board. How do you think? do you have any experience for that?   

If I’m doing a business process diagram and want to suggest that a user might, for example, browse to http://MyExample.com (← like that) the interface automatically converts it to a hyperlink so if my poor audience members click on it accidentally, they’re locked up for 90 seconds waiting for their browser to time out.Then there’s no clear way to remove the hyperlink or otherwise prevent the behavior.

Hi,  As the title suggests im a bit unsure of how many team members/editors you can add to single board on a free plan?     

(Mac) Command-H does nothing in Miro.  This is a big problem, because IT’S SUPPOSED TO.  It’s supposed to hide my browser.  This “little thing” has become a bigger and bigger problem.  How do I disable this and get Miro to hide like any other web page I might be on at that second!?

The names of each frame do not appear on the PDF print out of a MIRO board.  This seems an important factor as it is part of the organising/grouping of sticky notes. Is this a configuration issue? Can I change this in settings somewhere?

This was addressed in a post 6 months ago but currently what we want is not possible. The problem step-by-step:1. Board A created. In the Notes section, there are links to specific areas of Board A.B2. Board A duplicated to create Board B.3. In Board B, in the Notes, the links go to Board A area.Request: Allow links in Board B Notes to correspond to areas in Board B, not back to Board A.

I’m making an app where dropping a card on top of a shape object needs some functions to be called, so I want to catch when cards are moved, I tried using “WIDGETS_TRANSFORMATION_UPDATED”  but it doesn’t give coordinates, I’ve tried getting the common ‘dragend’ on document and it did no go well either, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone! It's incredible. I have two grids which, in the header, contain small images.I managed to lock the first one, including the images. I can lock the second grid but not the images it contains. When the images are inside the grid the padlock does not appear, while if I move them out I see the padlock again. Can anyone explain this strange behavior and help me solve the problem? Thank you!

Hi, I have a client on a team plan, they have currently invited a user to have view permissions to a board, if they are changed to Commenter, will this change the user to a full licensed member? or are free non-team members allowed to comment/view?Thanks.

We’ve created this great flow to walk people through on our board. I would like people to enter at the beginning and not just to a random place or seeing the whole board. How might I do that? Thanks in advance!  

I managed to upload the logo of the board via the picture endpoint (https://developers.miro.com/reference#create-or-update-picture). How can I upload an image to the board itself? Use case: We want to upload our logo via the API when creating new boards.

Hi, everyone i want to know will i encounter performance issue if i do below actions in Miro ?   create 1000+ frames in a board i.e. the board-speed is too slow or something like that  create 1000+ boards   Plz help to share your user experiences i’m afraid to have such performance issue once i introduce Miro into our team   sincerely. ⏤ Casio

My company has a Miro subscription. Each team in product design/UX has their own project. On my team, I have a board that I use for most of my projects so I don’t create a new board for every project and have 109238423 boards on our team project. Often, when I share my board, I share my board with other team mates and have to direct them to the place where I’m working. Because I have multiple projects going at once, there’s a lot of stuff on the board, so they can’t naturally find it on their own. I often find myself wanting to share my board from a specific location so whoever I’m working with lands right on the relevant content.Is this possible?

I am using Angular 6 , and when I tried to embed the below link <iframe [src]='https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ldxFWKw=/'></iframe> I am getting the below error in console.Refused to display 'https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ldxFWKw=/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'. any help would be highly appreciated.

I work for a design/build firm, and we use Miro boards to keep track of material suggestions, iterations of construction plans, and different prices for the various iterations. We like to use Miro to share our design ideas, but we don’t want them to see some of the behind the scenes stuff like costs and criticisms. Is there a way to hide what aspects of the board some users can see?

Earlier, when a MS Teams users opened a Miro tab (located within an MS Teams channel) they would launch straight into the associated Miro board that I set up.  That UX makes sense to users. Lately, an intermediate step was introduced.  The user is first asked to “See the board”.  Screenshot example of trying to get into a Miro board; Am I imagining this?   This extra question steps seems useless and only serves to slow things down.    Was this intentional?

Hi,   I would like to create a timeline similar to the one you can find in the templates. As the timeline will need frequent updates, I would like to create a timeline that pulls out the relevant data from a spreadsheet and then converts in into the miro timeline. Is that possible somehow? The reason why I think it might be is that there is an option to export the miro timeline to csv and so there might also be an option to do it the other way around.    Thanks
