The title says it all. Is it possible to flexibly change the members who have accounts in the team plan?

@meehoo - Changing team members is easy. You simply delete a member from a team, which frees up a license/paid seat, and then add a new member to the team who will consume the available license. I outlined the steps on how to do this in a post from a few hours ago:
