Hello, logged onto my miro account to find none of my boards to be existing. Had a really important school project that is now completely gone. I have not accidentelly delated anything. Please help me.

I have noticed when using the brainwriting template that when I change the size of a sticky note on the bottom right side of the template it will over lap other sticky notes.  But when I change the size of a sticky note on the top left side of the template it will move underneath the sticky notes surrounding it. Why does this behavior occur?Can I control this behavior so the opposite happens?Can I control this behavior so it only overlaps? 

Hi there, as per https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219583/jira-cards-by-miro?tab=installation&hosting=server there looks like an option to install Jira Cards for Jira on-prem. However, when accessing the marketplace there is no ‘install’ option for on-prem (as per https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/20/GHS-233759)Please can someone advise if Jira on-prem/server is supported and document the install setup process please, thanks!

Is there any ways to choose the whole template after adding it to the board? I add couple of templates, but I cannot chose the whole template since it only allows me to chose cells or single elements. So I cannot widen or change the position of the template :(

I have a consultant plan for which I get billed monthly (last time on November 20). However if I sign in, the account settings indicate me that I have a free plan. I have used Miro since March 2020 without any issues.Right now I cannot use the features that I pay for, as only the free plan features are available. The customer support team has not responded to the support request that I did 31 hours ago. In 12 hours time I have to facilitate a workshop for a client. Any suggestions how to solve this?

Hello everyone, we use Miro very extensively and I wonder if there is any good integration or template you guys might have for Questions & Answers? Our Developers often have many questions to other teams and we would like to have some kind of "forum or discussion"template where you post question, someone answer, and there can be small conversation kept in miro and at the end a way to indicate it has been answered/completed? 

The announcement that Miro is changing its licensing may impact they way we use Miro. We currently have a large number of users with many board owners. I am wondering how other Organsiations are approaching this change.

How do I lock my board to allow users to place stickies but not move other pieces around?

My colleagues create links using the “Create a template” feature (see pic below) which is really convenient. Is there something similar in Miro? 

Currently, My company has changed the company name.Then, All employee’s email account domain also has changed.The problem is ‘I paid for my team plan with previous company email account’.So, How can I keep all my data and boards and move to the new email account?please help me.

I’m working on a shared board (Just within our team) that is Extremely slow. I can barely work on it at all. I found out that it was much more responsive in firefox. I had tried Edge, Chrome, and Safari (on a different machine, but that one is old with poor specs). It’s especially bad if I pan up to a certain section. I didn’t make 90% of it. But I wondered if there was a way to identify what is causing the biggest slow downs. And I just realized that I can no longer right click On objects. I closed and reopened and it was fine. But I created a quick test sticky note and that is no longer there either. So it seems once it starts hanging, I have to close it and exit. It was only at about 3.5GB memory though, and I have 16 with nothing else running except teams and outlook.  It definitely just seems like there are a few items that are causing the board to be really slow, but there’s not a good way for me to know. I just experienced this issue today but I can’t place sticky notes anywhere I want on a board, instead it’s grouping them together in a box and won’t allow me to freely move them where I want. It’s also not a grouping/ungrouping issue. I don’t have any grouping set on these sticky notes. This is super frustrating because I have a deadline this afternoon and this is stopping me from meeting my deadline. 

To whom it may concern… I’m not sure if this is only happening to me… but I’m trying to upgrade from ‘Consultant’ to ‘Business’. miro.com/pricing is broken in that it only shows me ‘free’ plans that I’ve been invited to the account settings page for ‘change plan’ give me nothing clickable in order to set my upgraded selection.    If any support people see this and want a video of this experience, Please DM me… Thank you. :)

Hi, I’m a bit lost with plans and it’s limitations.I share content (teaching ads for classes) on Miro boards. Each teacher can download an editable board (I guess custum template will solve this problem), can edit it, put more documents, links, notes, make video chats, download PDFs from fames. What king of pla do I need and what plan the teacher needs?Thanks

Asking for a colleague in Bulgaria. When he accesses the miro.com website, it comes up in a foreign language that he is unable to read (looks like German).  Why is this happening and how to make it so that it comes up in English?  He tried with different browsers and they all behave the same way.

The Refresh token is expired after reinstalling app by Auth2. We have even not selected the option 'Expire user authorization token'. Just the latest access token is working and all the other previous tokens expired. How can this be fixed?

When I select Epic Link in the card configuration, it’s pulling through the Jira reference rather than the Epic Name. Epic Name cannot be used as that is a field used in Epics, not other Jira types.What I want it to display is as it does in Jira, if you look at the Epic Link on a Jira it displays the name of the Epic not the Jira reference (which unless you really know your Epics will mean nothing to you!). It looks like it’s using the JQL version of the Epic logic - i.e. “ AND Epic = “Title of my Epic” gets changed in a JQL to “AND Epic = AAA-1234” (or whatever your Jira reference is). What I’m seeing on Miro is AAA-1234 (for example) which is useless to me.Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it’s configured?

Our teem needs to develop the equivalent of an interactive police suspect wall that would allow us to feature suspects/entities, descriptions, associated images and online links. We also need to (visibly) link various individuals/entities with others and be able to annotate those linkages with descriptions (think of a string and the description of that link hanging on that string). The linkages may not always have to be visible, but possibly visible when hovering over an individual. In addition, we need some kind of (linear/zooming?) timeline that enables us to describe events that can contain links (i.e. news) and names of individuals/entities. The text/names of these individuals/entities would ideally be linked/point to their description on the suspect wall, and if possible, vice versa. I am new to Miro and would appreciate any guidance on which template(s) would best meet our needs, and to know whether Miro is in fact the best tool for us to use (or another is recommended). Hi,I’m using Miro for a while now and I think it’s the best board out there in most ways. There is an issue that I find maddening, there is a substantial input lag from the first line written only getting worse as you write. I use a very capable system, i7-10700K, Samsung 980 EVO SSD (3Gb writes) and 16 GB of 3200 MHz, low latency RAM.My tablet has no issues with latency writing on other boards SmoothDraw, MS Whiteboard, Zoom board etc. On Miro, regardless of platform (Web version, Desktop) I notice input lag that makes it difficult to write.I assume this is linked to the smoothing algorithms that take a long time to process even on a fairly high-end system. Could there be a low latency mode that uses less demanding algorithms, as I see many users have a similar issue.
