How to see shared boards via public link on Miro 'Home'

We have a small company of about 50 people. Only a few of us need to have a paid team membership as we administrate for the entire company. We regularly share board access with other employees who are NOT team members since they only need to occasionally access them. What I’m wondering is how to enable them to see these boards specifically shared with them on their Miro ‘home’ page. If we star the board, it will always show up in that category but is there another way? otherwise they end up having to find the public link in an email every time to get into the board.

We are on a team membership. Would upgrading to business change any of the ways guests within the company access our boards? Thanks for your help!

@Paige -

Do these non team members use Miro accounts to access the boards, or are they doing it via the visitor (formerly anonymous guest editor) method?

@Kiron Bondale They have Miro accounts and logins. Some are entirely free and a few have a paid team membership in other teams.
