I always use an external video communicator because of some missing features in Miro’s video chat.
For me, those are
1. Using it with guest users
2. Being able to resize the video screen size
3. Being able to detach the chat as a separate window (if you’re using 2 screens, I usually have Miro on one and the video chat on the other)
4. Breakout rooms (a dealbreaker for workshops).
