I received an email today about new functionality with the Asana integration (exciting!) I assume it’s not live yet but when it is, will this just appear if I have the Asana cards integration installed or is this a separate integration?

As of today I’ve been unable to log into the Miro plugin for Sketch. I’ve reset my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, still no dice. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello,We want to integrate MIRO in our product. In order to do that, we want to use the boards picker API. For this, we submitted the necessary form on the 29th of April 2021.To date we have not received any answer regarding our request. I sent multiple messages on this topic to the support team but have not received any answer. Has anyone gone through the same process or can give us some tips and tricks on how to get things moving? The deadline we set for this integration is coming soon and time is of the essence.Thank you in advance for your support! 

Hi,I am not able to see the flow which I defined few weeks back. When I try to click the board, it is keep thinking and thinking nothing happened. Is been a week, I am not able to continue my work. I have tried with your App as well, but no success. Below screen is appearing all the time. I appreciate your quick support.

Hi everyone,When I want to use the connecting lines for attaching sticky notes on the board or for any other operation, the board is locked and I cannot do anything. I have to turn it on and off again but still the same problem happens.I moved my work to another clean board, checked for pc updates but I can't seem to fix the problem at all. I can't find what is causing this. All my work is at a standstill for now. And deadlines coming :)I wondered if the board could not handle the intensity of the work, but it seems impossible. Because I had been working more intensely in Miro before.Please share your thoughts on this issue with me.

Hi there!I have a scenario where I want to create a miro board that I can share in a online course. Since the users of the board will be “random” people who take the course, is there an option to share my board, but force the user to duplicate the board for themselves? 

If I zoom out my board all the way out the lines between the notes become almost invisible. I changed the strength of the line from “line type” settings, but it is still very hard to see. I would like to confirm if anyone else have this problem? Hi - I am new to Miro and learning. I am a therapist and do all my sessions via Zoom. I want to use the Miro whiteboards with my clients to display diagrams or to do an interactive exercise where they are listing their thoughts and I’m filling in the info on the whiteboard. Is it possible to be on Zoom on the laptop and somehow connect my iPad to the session to be able to draw and use my pencil/stylus on the iPad while still on the Zoom session on my laptop? Thanks.

Our company has created a dev app and applied for that app to get access boardspicker api via this form, about 20-30 days ago. I still get the ‘Sorry Integration is unavailable error, when trying to create a board by boardspicker api in my local. I have added localhost to boardspicker domain in our app settings. Here is the error. Thank You. 

I also struggle with this error saying, 'can't find existed resource duplicate for optimized resource 0'I can't upload rtb files that I downloaded from MIRO now.. What should I do? 

Hi Everyone, My company is currently in the team plan paid annually (We’ve already paid for 1 year for 2 members) in Miro and I wanted to inquire about the removing of one of its team members. Currently we have 3 licensed paying members in the team plan including the person who is paying our team plan. We want to decrease these members into 2 since the other person won't be using our Miro boards and isn't really part of our team. He will simply be the one purchasing the team plan license. My question is : Would it be alright to remove/take out the person paying our team plan from the team so that only 2 people are charged as part of the team plan but still charge to the credit card of the person who was removed? Would this still work?  Would appreciate any help or feedback you may have on this. Thank you in advance!Marion

HiI have a weird issue. There are no undo, redo buttons in all of my boards and restoring from board history doesn’t work.This is super annoying and makes me wonder what am I paying Miro for.Am I doing something really daft?Help please.ThanksAhmed

Hi, I do have 3 questions: 1 / I do pay 194 $ for 2 seats team plan. But if I invite anyone, first I was charged for a seat and then the person had to sign up for a free trial 7 days plan. I am very confused.Question: How can I use my second seat without being charged again?2 / Another friend using MIRO has a 1 member plan paying 144 $. It seems thou like there is no difference in usage compared to my plan. We couldn’t see any difference to my more expensive plan.Question: So what’s the advantage?3 / We couldn’t figure out how to add new members to a project. By opening the ‘plus’ saying’Add members to… X’  the button ‘add’ doesn’t turn active to push through typing in their email adresses or names. Question: So how is it possible?Looking forward to your feedback! Thanks a lot in advance, cheers, Cerstin.

Is there a public-facing roadmap of what Miro are rolling out this year? 

Hi all,I’m using Miro on a Samsung Galaxy S7 FE (with stylus), mostly a good experience, but for some reason, the tablet locks by itself from time to time (only when I am using Miro). Any idea?

In the engineering and facility management space there are  drawing symbols and standards to show facility connections - HVAC/Temp/Pressure. Generally called Instrumentation and Control Systems or P&ID. Cant find a template for this.I’m willing to try and build a template, if I can get some background on how. Can you post templates and get revenue from people who use them?Also IoT - and Amazon AWS-IoT, Microsoft Azure-IoT  

I do a lot of linking among boards, to better organize and segregate topics. What I would like to do is just be able to paste a Miro board URL into another board, and have it render some reasonable placeholder for the target board. Unfortunately, it always does this:  This is the case for any Miro link, including board, internal, and within the same organization. What I usually resort to is something like this:  But this can become a fair amount of work if you have to do it over many boards. It’s not a huge deal, but it would be nice if the thumbnail rendering could at least include the title, rather than a login page summary. Anyone else find a better solution? This seems to be what’s suggested in this article, but I’m hoping we can streamline this process a bit. Thanks,Joel

Hi there,first of all, this is my first post here, I am glad to be part of the Miro community.I have the following problem:Would love to do a screen sharing session (as described in this article) with a client but for whatever reason I cannot find the screen sharing button! I am on a team plan and I am the board owner so from what I understand it should be available for me.Any ideas what I am doing wrong?(below you can see my UI, cannot find this button)Thanks in advance!Manuel 

 I am about to fling my ipad on the wall when miro keeps autocorrecting a word that i have written via scribble.  Any thoughts? I tried disabling predictive text in settings. 

I have a collaboration event coming up Tuesday and have an issue.   I will be running the event via Zoom and planned to use the Miro tool.  Participants (3 of them) will be participating via Zoom, but they’ll be sitting together in one room and sharing one laptop.  (There is no option for each of them to have their own.)  Problem:  How can I get them to submit their own post-its, and vote, on one screen?  Idea 1:  Give them their own physical post-its and paper, have them do the work, then email a photo of their work to me so I can integrate onto the Miro board?  Seems like it could work but would take a lot of admin time for me to re-type their responses so the group can see.  Question 1:  Can they send a photo directly to my Miro board with their phones?  Or would it have to come via email, then I upload to the board?  Question 2:  Any better ideas on how to approach this?  Thank you so much!  Appreciate any help i can get.

When I play a video that is embedded on a Miro board, if I click outside of the video frame, the video stops playing and goes back to the start. Is there a way to watch a video embedded on a board while working on the board at the same time? Or, can I pause the video, work on the Miro board, then come back to the video, press play, and have it continue playing from where I left off? This would be helpful for learning a new method or running training via a Miro board. You watch a step demonstrated in the video, pause the video, practice the step yourself on the board, then return to the video to watch the next step. Is there any way this is possible in Miro today?

Can someone point me in the direction of the following: Attempting to created a popup option  when hovering over a team member in an org chart. Currently the only options I am finding are either a link to another page or adding a comment. Thanks!!
