Lost license - is the license not automatically extended?

Hi! 

 

I have the problem that one of my colleagues just lost his license somehow and now he is not anymore the owner of his boards. Who is becoming the new owner? 

 

And does the license can not be automatically extended after one year? He did not get any mail to extend it or that he would be kicked out of his license.

Hi @Judith Baumeister!

If the user was removed from the team, his content was reassigned to the Admin of the team.

As for your second question, please rest assured that no content gets deleted and no users are removed from the team simply because the subscription was canceled and the team was expired. The account may be paused for some time, though, before the Admin resubscribes or downgrades the team to the Free plan.
