i already paid yearly renewal for 4seats. I did not want to add 2seats. I have used 4seats, not 6seats. How can i  cancel or delete “Apr 16.2021”issue date? 

I facilitated a workshop with 10 guest editors. From previous comments, I understand that gues editors cannot use the “Bring to me...” feature. The problem is that it did not work for me neither and was not able to bring everyone to me. thanks for your comments

Hello, I am new to Miro and switching slowly to other Cloud based apps as well. I have a general question on how the updates to Miro and its apps are maintained.If I have a multiple apps installed and use them across multiple Boards. When these apps come up with new features, updates or any other changes. Is it me to update manually these apps or they will be pushed by developer automatically. I am mostly concerned about loosing my content, content style and tools certain apps will offer. Also, if a developer will remove an app, is it going to be removed from my Miro account as well with all  created content or it will not longer appear in the Marketplace. I appreciate your help in advance.

Hello!   I would like to put forward a topic (and request) about creating a live diagram from a Notion instance in Miro, once the Notion API finally is released (and which we have no details on I realize...). What I’d like to accomplish is visualize all my relationships in Notion “live” in Miro via API.  I have experimented with Jira and Asana cards, but neither take into account relationships at all.  I’d use this to visualize my website and dev platform, ERD-type stuff, server config, etc.  The bonus I’m looking for is as I build this in Notion, and adjust relationships, this would all update automatically in Miro.  So I would solve the huge problem of diagramming in Miro, but then being left with the diagram being almost instantly out-of-date due to work being done in Notion that has to be represented on the fly in the Miro Diagram. I have thought about the same thing in Coda already, as they have an API live.  If anybody has any thoughts here I’d greatly appreciate it. I actua

Is there a way of having a single source of the truth on a central board that can be imported into other boards.In other words - Within Board A, B, C and D - you can import content from Board X (Source of truth). If the content on board X updates, it ripples through Boards A, B, C and D automatically?

Seems in miro has two identical teams "LVM” one of them is with paid plan and one is free. When we tray add user to paid team, user after loging in is attached to wrong team (free). How we can consolidate both teams in one and delete wrong miro team.

so is there a limit where in the usability of the board will not suffer?we peaked at 195 users in our board and the loading takes forever.

Hello,I have found a couple of entries in this community listing that are similar to my problem, but different:  when I share a link to others inviting them to a board I create as a licensed consultant plan user, those users no longer have the abilithy to download files I’ve placed on that board.  They receive the error "Download is not allowed. Board owners can turn this on in settings."I am familiar with the settings that are explained in Miro help, and this has worked fine for me over many months.The ability for a paid user to share a board freely with non-paying users was a feature that was in beta, but the beta status went away some weeks ago, so I view this as a supported feature.Has something changed? I no longer see the option in board permissions to allow “anyone with the board access.”Any info would be greatly appreciated.Thanks….Peter

I am having trouble just recently with cursor navigation.Mostly I am in Mouse navigation mode.Sometimes when the cursor is a pointer it does not draw a box, it moves the canvas. Sometimes with the hand the cursor slides, I unclick, and the cursor is still moving the canvas and it goes back the direciton i came Just over all wonkiness with the pointerIs anyone else having recent problems?Thanks,Rob.

Or, in fact, any changelog notifications, ever. I don’t want that stupid badge sitting on the help menu.I’ve disabled all but essential cookies, and when I go into the help menu in the desktop app and click into What’s New, then click Mark all read, it only clears the unread dots until I close that dialog; as soon as I’m back to the regular screen, the notification badge shows up again with the same unread changelog entries. Restarting does not help.Is this a feature that requires non-essential cookies to be disabled, e.g. always-on nagware to try to annoy users into allowing more privacy violations?

When i share a board with everyone who has the link and can edit and they are using Miro for the first time, the tour- and to do-menu pops up first. Can i turn that off somewhere that they see directly the board without additional windows popping up? 

Is there a way to embed an embeded list from Twitter?I get the code from Twitter Publish page but then I paste it on the iframe option on MIRO and it says is not valid. We have a consultant plan and every now and again I get an email from Miro that someone has activated a day pass. This has happened for people who are not users that I have set up, i.e. they are not active users that I set up as a day pass user. Does anyone else have any issues with this? It feels wrong that I can get charged for a new user that I didn’t invite.

I am using the free plan and I am only part of two teams (which are not created by me).  I tried creating new team for myself, but it asks for upgrade. How should I create a free team to have some of my own boards?

Hi, we are planning an event with 1 board of 5 frames.Each frame will be shared in different Sessions (in Hopin, but I think it would be the same in Zoom-rooms).The question is: what happens if a moderator (editor with occasional Day pass) sharing his frame push the button ‘’Bring everyone to me’’.Will only members who see the shared Miro frame be called to the same location or members of the whole board? Thank you!

Every time I open a link to a board it pops up with this message:I cannot get rid of it. I have tried:•Clearing browser settings.•Completely deleting the Miro app off my laptop.•Running CCcleaner to try and fix the issue.Unfortunately the issue still persists and it is extremely frustrating.Any help/advice is appreciated.

How can I change the person assigned to a task without them having to be a team member.  I just want the tag for visual representation not for any action.  When I download the sample boards they have “random” names in them but I cannot change them without needing to add a team member. In the picture below the sample board has the team member “Adam” shown as tag.  I want to change that name without actually creating any one.  Use case is a title like “Tech Lead”  

Whenever I’m using Miro the line tool always just deploys when I’m doing text and other things.  Sometimes that is happening with my guests, too.  It’s really a barrier for getting people to play on this as guests and it’s frustrating.  Any tips on why this happens?
