Hello
I have a got a project of drawing or writing up a Growth Plan for my business, One of my peers mentioned Miro. I was not aware of Miro, and I am none the wiser as to how to use it effectively, so as to prepare the growth plan which has to be in by Wednesday 13th.
Any assistance / help rendered will be much appreciated.

Since you are very new to Miro, you would likely benefit for a short intro to Miro course at the Miro Academy (the "Getting started with Miro" is just a few short videos):

There is also a template called Employee Growth Plan that you should be able to modify to suit your needs:

Try searching the Miro verse for other templates - you may find something else you like better. Try searching for "roadmap" or "timeline".
And for real MindMapping there has to be collapsible branches - but this didn’t get support by miro:
