Unfortunately not - presentation mode is “show” only. This might be a worthwhile wish list addition - you can do so by following the guidelines here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know | Miro

I just realize this is really needed during my video classes because I want to go to the next slide and point things using the Pen Tool and I need to exit from the presentation mode all the time using the Pen tool and click on the Presentation Mode (because there is no Shortcut that I already open a ticket for this).
