How can I fix it. It drive me crazy and cannot do any work.   

There is something wrong with the Miro app. I tried to restart and "reset application data" but it didn't work, just a blank screen. Please see the screenshot. Thanks a lot ps. my ps is macbook pro m1 :) 

 Is there a way to use the voting option to put cards in categories as a card sort?

Hello I have a got a project of drawing or writing up a Growth Plan for my business, One of my peers mentioned Miro. I was not aware of Miro, and I am none the wiser as to how to use it effectively, so as to prepare the growth plan which has to be in by Wednesday 13th. Any assistance / help rendered will be much appreciated. Thank youCB

I am curious if anyone has created a box or template that I can put on the top of every whiteboard that has lines on it to put like a customers name, address, phone number, email Like you would see on a phone contact tab If so can you recommend one and how to find it in the system? Sorry we are brand new to using it.

Surely this has already been discussed, or is a widely-known feature, but as a newbie to Miro I just can’t figure it out.  I’m building a complex flow diagram, and I’d like to be able to embed “template” flows inside it and give them the form of a block.  Think of it as a “black box” that represents another flow diagram.  But, for discussion purposes, I’d like to be able to click on that block and have the other flow diagram open up.  How do I do that?Thanks ahead of time!

I have added PDFs onto Miro before, but for some reason, this one PDF document will rotate pages in  my PDF to a portrait orientation, when I have them all laid out to be in landscape. Not all of the pages, but most of them. It’s just this one PDF, I don’t understand why. I have reuploaded it with different titles, but I need to have this document up as a PDF.I went back and resaved all of the pages separately, and recreated a new PDF. So far it seems to be keeping all of the pages in the correct orientation.

I watched a recording of this Miro webinar and I just wonder about this blue arrow in the frame in presentation mode. How can I embed that?

HiSo I am looking to fetch cards from a Miro board using the following example request from the API documentation: curl --request GET \ --url https://api.miro.com/v1/boards/id/widgets/widgetId \ --header 'Accept: application/json'and I realized that it fetches only the cards that are specifically outside of frames.The cards inside of frames (a Kanban in this case - I used the Miro template to create the Kanban board inside my board) are not being fetched from the API.Could you solve this issue shortly please?Thank you so much. The image below shows my testing setup. Everything on the left (outside of the frame) is syncing. AND everything on the right, inside the Kanban that I transformed into a frame, do NOT sync. What could be the solution to that?  

After logging in to Miro via the plug-in is Sketch I always receive this message. Running the most up to date version of both Sketch and the Plugin 

Salutations,I have two accounts, one for the team and one personal.Both are free.How can I duplicate a board from one account to another?I have the message that I can't do this, but it seems strange to me because it would be such a simple thing

Is there a way to easily add a footer onto all my frames (e.g. page numbers for instance)

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with the top right panel - not able to see who is on the board, neither able to share the board as those options are outside the screen. The browser (chrome) 100% zoom and I am able to zoom in and out of the board itself without issue. The top right is the only panel which seems to be zoomed out and I can’t find a way to bring that within the browser screen as shown in the screenshot above. Please help!

Hello I would like people to be able to see my board without having to create a miro account. Is it possible ? Here is my board :  

I have a number of members in my Miro team. Some have ‘Free Restricted’ access and others have ‘Full’ access. How can I change a members access from Free to Full please?

Hi UXers! There is a best practice of mobile first design before designing other devices (i.e. tablet and desktop). Is this something anyone is familiar with or have any learnings, challenges and experiences to share? How does your company work? 

I have a colleague unable to log into Miro for the first time in a while (using the little red Microsoft ~SSO icon). He’s moved from Chrome to Edge, and it’s in Edge where he sees "to activate this connection please first sign in with your Miro credentials, or another connected third-party" after clicking the MS icon.He cleared his miro.com cookies, tried again, same thing. Any ways forward?

I have an issue with the web page capture feature. I usually make flowcharts with this tool, and after editing a page, I refresh the visual appearance on the board.Sinds last week, I got the following warning on the bottom of the screen when I tried to refresh the page content on the board: “We can handle one file source at the same time.”Has anyone encountered this previously? And how do I solve it?

Hi,I have seen this topic which is similar to my question, but didn’t really answer to my question:https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/rights-to-use-material-created-in-miro-incl-use-of-miro-icons-737I have found templates in Microverse, and also graphics in these templates that I think is really great.I’m wondering if it is ok to copy and paste those graphics into my own miro-boards and use?If so is there a creative commons licence for how to give credit to the creator?For instance, let´s say I like the spaceship from https://miro.com/miroverse/profile/hued/ can I when copy only that graphic and add to my board, since it is possible to add a whole template I guess that is ok but, to only use part of is…For me it is totally fine if that is ok but I have to show a Creative commons statement somewhere in board but I haven’t found how to deal with this yet. Thanks in advance,//Johan

I did some training in March via MIRO where each day was all on the same board.I went back to see the board and try to find my place to download some resources.I have accidentally zoomed out and now nothing is showing on the board and I do not know how to get back to the start, or to any content.Please help

hey, miro is a completely new tool to me, but i already like it a lot! I use the awesome Miro-Feature to create sticky notes out of spread sheet rows. Sticky Notes are then aligned in a tabular form, and they are quite small. The task our group has to accomplish is to sort all those sticky notes. But after the import they are already “sorted” in a tabular style. Is there a way to distribute/spread/scatter the sticky notes randomly on the board?

When I go to my company board Miro loads and loads and memory used by browser goes to 100% of system memory.I use Firefox Nightly 92, so I assume there is some fix needed in Miro to limit memory usage.That’s the first web page that has such poor memory management. 

Sorry...my mistake. I did not realize that I had to click ‘down’ icon several times to find all the icons - I clicked only once and it showed me only one hidden icon. Case closed. (And now I do not know how to delete this message :-))-satu
