Account set back on free - but paid for a year

How to contact someone from miro directly??

We payed for a year (last September) but since a couple of weeks, account is set back “free”

Send an message via “Contact us” - so far, no reaction.

No support number, no phone number, no email contact to find.

 

I am really not amused, because we lost all our boards!!!!!!!!!!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

@I'm S - When a paid subscription is cancelled, the team is downgraded to Free, but Miro would never delete content.

When you sign into Miro, how many teams/workspaces do you have available to you? Are you perhaps on the wrong dashboard? E.g.:

 

What plan/subscription type did you pay for? (Team, Consultant, Business, Enterprise?)
