Hi,I would like to upgrade my Miro account from Free to Paid (2 members on monthly charge basis) and after entering all the details including American Express credit card the final “Purchase” button is not coming active. Hence I am not able to upgrade myself.Note: I tried this with my VISA credit card as well still the same issue.Pls. help to resolve this issue?

If we enable SSO with Azure AD, is the backdoor account lose access as well?This account is not in Azure AD 

Hi Community,  Hoping someone can help. So my organisation is split into two for Miro one paid and one free account. I signed-up with a free account, but today lost rights to my own boards; now all view only, team members can no longer see me to share boards and have stopped receiving email notifications from Miro. Yet I can still login, any ideas?Also, if I wanted to buy an individual membership whilst my organisation works out licenses is this possible - All I see is enterprise memberships and would this give me access back to my boards?Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!  

Miro is a great tool, but it only supports Japanese so far. As a localization veteran, I could see Asia is a huge potential market. It’s great for Asia users if you guys have Miro localized into other Asian languages. That will help your company grow the pool of local fans, and finally make you successful on business. 

Hi, I created app with drag and drop functionality. And it works fine on chrome, but it doesn’t work on Firefox.I tried running your example project https://github.com/miroapp/app-examples/tree/main/examples/drag-and-drop and it also doesn’t work after dropping first image, which work fine. Instead of creating image it want me to drop file. And each time i try to drop image the same error shows in console. Below is screenshot of problem.   

I’m using SDK to create group of objects on the Miro board. When their quantity is up to 100 very often not all of them are being added to the board.In the console I see the error: “Cannot find ID for board item at O.responseHandler”Do you know what might be the issue?Thanks

Hi folks, I have pdf pages imported into miro.   I would like to use the lasso tool (or similar) to do a rectangular selection of a portion of the page that I would then be able to copy and duplicate. Suggestions?

This is so wierd, one of my team member is Owner of this board, and her tool menu is reduce.. she can not do anything to find the other options.. she can only use short cuts but that’s not handy to facilitate a group. Is there a way to solve this big issue!! 

Hi, I noticed a strange behavior. Steps:I have two boards I get access token via my app via oAuth 2.0 Send Get Boards API request (v2) I see in response 2 boards. I will add one more board via UI. Send Get Boards API request again In response still 2 boards instead of 3Refreshing token does not help.How can I get access to resources created AFTER I generated oAuth token?

I am developing a plug in using the SDK V2. I can use the plugin perfectly in a board, then go back to the dashboard, then enter the same board or different one, then click on my plug in and is not responding. These are the error messages that appear on the console:First error message: when going back to the dashboard  Second error message: going back to a boardI am using Chrome.

hey peeps, 0.7.16 breaks Mac app again... thats 3 times in a row…It does not give my confidence in your updates, I understand you want to move fast but perhaps do small patches and critical updates separately. To open zoom for a client, press update on miro, and nothing works is not the greatest experience...

Hello,I cannot update the color of simple card (not app card) with API V2 method (patch).I use dev docs on website (all query params of  token and board id’s i removed for screenshot):Here you can see i am passing style → cardTheme #f24726 color.But when the method fires (we can see the result) in response, the color stays the same as it was:You see it’s #fac710. Fix your method please

I understand the SDK is Free. But, is it free forever or do I have to upgrade to a plan?

So it seems that board co-ownership is restricted to certain plans.   Is there anyway to add a co-teachers as a co owner of certain boards under the EDU plan?  I LOVE the hide feature, but my Co-teacher also must be allowed to unhide pieces of the board!  Thanks

Hi there,I ran into a problem that a 500 response is returned to a valid request if you send it via Intellij Idea. (via Postman is ok){ "type": "error", "code": "internalError", "message": "Internal server error", "status": 500}I am sending the request to “api.miro.com/v2/boards” endpoint and have this issue, but if I’m sending request to api.miro.com/v1/boards” it works fine. This is strange.Similar problem was here.

День добрый, под моим аккаунтом (бесплатный) находились три доски. Сейчас смотрю, что они исчезли. Вообще не вижу ни одной доски, старые, привязанные к командным аккаунтам. Не могу выбрать свой аккаунт, как будто его не существует.Совершенно не понимаю, что произошло. If you had to choose only three of the things to do, which three would you choose and how would you prioritize them?

For most of our Teams, when I choose Apps & Integrations, Jira, I see the page with URL, Consumer Key, Consumer Name, Public Key, Jira URL, etc.  I can update the Jira URL, choose Connect without error.  Then I can also click Connect on the ‘Jira personal account’ section without error.  Based on this, I believe our overall Jira Application link is working okay.   However, in a couple of our Teams, when I choose Apps & Integrations, Jira, I only see the ‘Jira Personal account’ section and the connection fails with a ‘Jira is not connected’ message.  This page is missing the Consumer Name, Public Key, etc. fields which I see on the other Team’s App & Integration pages.    I tried an uninstall / reinstall of Jira cards, but the behavior is the same.  Why are configuration settings not showing for some teams?Any ideas?
