How to create a UML self-transition?

Hello, I’m new to Miro but I cannot seem to create a self-transition in an UML diagram. I.e. I’m trying to model a transition that starts and ends in the same state (box) e.g. starting from top center and ending in right middle.

Hi @Jussi Kuosa!

I’m afraid it’s not currently possible to make a connection line loop in on an object with the anchor points. As a workaround, you can place a connection line in such a way that it appears to be connected to the object on both ends and then group that object with the connection line so that they stay intact upon moving:

By the way, there’s a feature request for this behavior on our Wish List so please feel free to follow the link and upvote for this feature to raise awareness of our Product team.

Thank you for making Miro better!

Thanks for the info and workaround @Apollonia 👍🏻 I went and upoted teh feature request.
