Can I add another font cuz the original font can’t use with my language pls??

Hi, Is it possible to add additional fonts in Miro? If not, how to edit the text? Exporting the board in Word is not possible, as far as I know.Thanks!

Newbie question here.  I would like to know if it is possible to change a selected shape in Miro, e.g. edit a current step in a process flow which uses a Preparation flowchart shape and change it to a Decision flowchart shape?  Thanks so much.

I am making an indesign document destined to be exported as an interactive PDF and I wish to include a link to my Miro board in view only mode. When I copy the view mode link from the sharing panel in Miro and add it as a hyperlink, the link works but only when I test it from within the indesign application. When I export my doc as an interactive PDF the link no longer functions. Is there a way I can work around this? The project is time sensitive and this issue seems odd to me.

Hi All, I’ve tried to submit a support request - but I keep getting bounced back to the community center - so mayby some can help me here: I (A) have a Consultant Plan with a lot of boards. I would like to share this board with another Consultant (B) so he can get 100% access to the  boards I’ve created in a Team. (B) also has his own Consultant Plan.How do I include (B) as a user on the specific board?So I want to avoid having to buy additional users to my account and instead use the user already created.Regards,Hans 

Hi,we passed from business plan to enterprise plan this year, but unfortunally now it is impossibile sharing a board link to guest users and allow them to edit content.Someone know how it works?Thank you guysMG

Are the Miro events recently advertised in an email free to users or is there a charge?

The Visual Notes feature is a great feature in that it allows a note to reference a board object.However,  I’m trying to determine whether a link the other way around are possible.   That is:- to bookmark an individual note within the notes section such that it can then be accessed from the object.  Is that possible?That would be in the same way as the comment feature of course.  The reason for wanting to do the same with visual notes is that they have a richer formatting capability and they can also be exported.  That would be very helpful in a particular board we are using to perform a technical product analysis.  It is useful to have a more detail note associated with each type of product and categoryIn theory all that would require is obtaining a bookmark to the note and then adding a link to the object.  Many thanksDave

When a board owner is removed from a team by an administrator, ownership of the board is transferred to the team administrator and the board is not moved to the trash.However, when the board owner has the board open in his/her web browser and the board owner is removed from the team by the administrator, the board is moved to the trash.Is this a specification? Is it a glitch?

Hi everyone,We have a school project to do and I wanted to add a visual timer, but not the one we have at the bottom because the countdown is not dedicated to everyone, and is about 5 days long.I tried to add an embed one from https://www.watchisup.fr/ but the timer appears with a play button and everyone must click on it in order to see it in a popup window…What I wanted to do is for the timer to be displayed straight in Miro, with the clock ticking automatically for everyone. Is it possible to display an animated timer in that way? I can for example directly add a google slide document in it and visualize it… why I can with my timer?Also if it isn’t possible, when I click on the play button it opens a popup page inside Miro, isn’t it possible to open it like youtube videos or google slides, on the board directly ? Thanks in advance,Sacha 

new to miro and i couldn’t find an exact answer to my question in the discussions. is it possible to extend a shape in one swimlane across multiple swimlanes?If a process step is the same for multiple roles and occurs at the same time in a process, i notate that action by extending a shape across multiple swimlanes with a single description. as opposed to creating multiple shapes in multiple swimlanes with the same process description and connecting them.when i try to extend across swimlanes in miro the swimlane expands once the shape hits the swimlane border. it doesnt cross over the original swimlane into the next swimlane. this functionality is default in MS Visio and i think you had to change a setting in order to lock within a swimlane. thanks for the help. 

Is it possible to embed just the frame of a board into a website?

I have a free account that I’ve had for years and today I noticed that both the voting and timer buttons have duplicated, with one of each showing that it is a paid feature. Has something changed, specifically with the timer as I have been using it for years - it is going to be removed as a free feature?   By the way, Miro. Some feedback. When I tried to Create this post/question, I was prompted with: You haven't selected a subject. However, nowhere on this page do I see the text ‘subject’ or where to enter one. After some time wasted, I realized that it was Category that was required.

Hi there,I’m having trouble transferring my boards to a new account as the “old” account is already blocked.My Education plan expired and is blocked, and now I have gained a new Education plan but with a new E-Mail Address.As the “old” account is already blocked, I’m now not able to transfer (via sharing option) all the boards to the new account.Is there any way to make this work? Thank you for your helpBest, Fabian

Hello, I have a Miro board with an embedded Google Sheet, and I'd like to be able to quickly copy the board to a new board and then change the URL for the Google Sheet (so the copied board has a different Google Sheet embedded). Is there a simple way to do this without deleting the embedded sheet and adding a new one? The CTRL-K link to doesn't do the same thing, as that only creates an icon and what I want to do is for the whole embedded window to change.

Do you have any workaround to add text?I am currently trying to add an independent Text close to the Stickers. 

Google Drive has disappeared from my tool bar - it says re-install but then i click re-install and it crashes - 404 message comes up. Weirdly i still have it on some boards but not on the one i desperatelyneed for a show and tell next week??!!) Whats going on ??

Hi,I’d like to prevent users from uploading files other than images, in order to reduce the risk of sensitive information being exchanged on miro boards.Do you have any ideas to achieve the above? Any ideas on prohibiting file uploads to Miro would be appreciated. Thanks!

This seems so simple, but  I can't figure it out.How can you move around the canvas with a stylus? On a surface for example.The app shows toggles for trackpad and mouse mode, but nothing for a pen. So with a mouse or touchscreen, I can just ‘grab ‘ the canvas and move it around. But not with a pen? It works everywhere else in windows.

When I select an object, I get the toolbar an inch or so above it. However, it hovers right overtop of the object that it appears over top of, blocking the view of that object.How can I move the toolbar so that it doesn’t block the object?  This is negatively affecting my experience, and is something I have run into multiple times now.  Do I really have to move the objects around so I can make sure they are visible when the toolbar pops up?ps:  what the hell is Conversation vs Wish List idea?  No, this isn’t a dream feature… Miro tries to be too cute

Two of us have had the same issue. We try to copy or duplicate a frame or object, it appears for about a second, and then disappears. My workaround is to use the “copy as image” feature, but I really want to copy the frame and elements in the frame. Anyone had this happen? Doesn’t seem to be an ownership issue. I own the board. My colleague can also not do this. HELP!!!
