Tags not visible

Do you know how to enable the tags? They are not visible on a board of one of the user of our team. Other members can see them.

@Jolanta Boronczyk - To clarify: Tags should always be available - there is no need (or way) to “enable” them.

I just viewed this board as a Visitor (via an incognito window in Chrome) and can see tags:

Can you elaborate?

  • What objects are you putting tags on?
  • How are your non-team members accessing your board? (Guests? Visitors?)
  • Are they editors? Commenters? Viewers?

Hi Robert,

 

Yeah, I can see as well but my colleague not. Wondering what the reason can be. All the members of the team can see the tags, just one person not. It is about tags on sticky notes. I’m not the owner of the board.

    @Jolanta Boronczyk - Scenarios like are quite often linked to browser extensions or cache.

    I would suggest that they try:

    1. Clearing their browser cache.
    2. Next, disable all browser extensions (an incognito/private browser window usually takes care of this).

    They could also try the Miro desktop app.
