Callout in a Best Quality PDF

Hi,

 

It seems like callouts get weird shapes in a Best Quality PDF export.  The same callouts are fine under a “small file size” PDF.

Is it just me or does anyone else see this?

Here is the URL for it.  Everybody can edit.

ha ha, the embedded version also gets that shape.
