I worked with prototype when bar in the left part of display with wireframes became inactive. What is the problem? How to fix it?

Hi dear Miro community, Since I looked up how Slack works with Miro I cannot access my Miro account anymore. It just keeps loading and loading and loading. I have tried to delete all my cookies and done it in an incognito window unfortunately no change. I am now a bit desperate to access my account again. Has anyone experienced similar issue and would know how I can log-in again?

I have a mix of sticky notes and screenshots, and I want to tag them.  I can only do the sticky note...

When adding a text box, with the text box selected, I have the option to set background colour and opacity, however the option to set border colour is not present as I have seen in tutorials explaining this function.

Once it worked for singular frames but now is only working for the whole board. The text “Export as image” is written in grey without link, instead in black with link. :(

To avoid having people influencing each other when gathering ideas on a particular topic, I would like to hide my sticky notes from other participants. Then, after a certain amount of time or may be when I decide it is the appropriate time to do so, I would like to reveal all the sticky notes to all participants. Is there a way to do that with Miro?

How to get scopes  of the dev teams for enterprise account for the organisation scope .I am not able to see  in my account?

Since I have a super-ultra-wide monitor (5120x1440, which is basically 2x normal wide-screen width aspect ratio), when I present to others (generally over Zoom) I actually want the presentation to only take up half of my screen so it will be the correct aspect ratio for most other people without letter-boxing, etc. But if I actually use the full “Present” button, it always switches to full-screen.  Without that button, there are some extraneous elements on screen as I move through frames, which isn’t ideal. Is there any way to make the presentation just take up half of my screen instead of the full screen?If this can’t be done, should I do something else to request the feature, or will Miro pick up things from this conversation?Thanks!

Hi,I’ve tried my best searching for miro tech support contacts, and didn’t succeed, hope to find an answer here.I’ve setup the Jira cards app according to the instructions provided by Miro but when I try to enter my Jira URL here’s what I’m getting:Unable to connect to Jira Cards integration. Reason: Unexpected Content-Type in the response: text/html; charset=utf-8. Expected: application/jsonOur SSO was configured according to the articles on Miro but the error is still there.Please help

Dear Miro community,I feel that I am losing oversight of all my Miro boards in my project. As my whole company uses Miro we already have sooooo many projects and I don’t want to open a new project for each sub-project. So I am wondering if I can create sub-projects in any way - could anyone share their experience about this? Many thanks,Anita

Hi Team,One of my colleagues is unable to login to Miro for the first time in a while (using the little red Microsoft ~SSO icon). We tried private browser to eliminate cookies / cache issues - still same error.Colleagues don’t face this issue.Error: “To activate this connection please first sign in with your Miro credentials or another connected third-party.”  Hoping if you could assist.

Seems like I also revoked my own permission. Sigh.

Hi guys,I created a board in August and worked on it for a month without issue. However, recently when I try to access the board again, I found the board’s owner became someone else and I lost permission to the board. What could have possibly happened?

I am not a native English speaker, so a little help would be nice. I read the ToS, and here is the quote: “...Customer may access and use the Service only for its internal business or personal purpose...” what does that mean exactly? Can I use the software for presenting my ideas, journalistic work, design philosophy in a youtube video, essentially being a presentation tool?I am not sure if this would be qualified as a personal purpose or internal business.In this regard, is there any difference between the free version and a paid one? A lot of software/service does not allow generating revenue by using a free version and/while streaming it.

Am I the only one who thinks the sign in process with Miro is one of the worst ever? When you use Google to sign in the desktop modal on Mac NEVER remembers your password. Worst still the lag / delay is the longest I’ve ever experienced. MIRO SORT IT OUT!

Hi, is there a way to retrieve a board that is shared with me using API?I am aware that if the board was created by me, i can do it easily but not the board that was created by someone else. Thanks for your help!

I have the free tier and I’m trying to create a new board. I’m only 3 allowed editable boards at a time. I’m fine to make one of my existing boards view-only but the Miro suggestion of the board it will make view-only is one I actively work in. How do I specify which of my current 3 editable boards, the one I want to make view-only.

Hi Community, we are planning to upgrading our licence to Consultant and would like to deactivate the sharing link on a lot of boards (>500). Is there a possibility to deactivate all sharing links inside a project or at least see if they have an active sharing link on an overview?I am able to use Insomnia if this would be only possible via REST. Viele GrüßeSimon

I’m using Miro in a class of 30 that includes stickies and text boxes.  I have 1 student who uses stickies fine, but whenever she types in a text box, the font compresses dramatically in appearance, even though the stated font size (12 pt) stays the same as every other students.  There’s also lots of extra white space, so it’s not that she is writing too much. It’s so compressed that no matter how much I zoom in, I can’t read what she’s entered. Any idea what’s causing this to happen?  She is using the web version of Miro from a PC.  I have suggested she download the Miro app and see if that changes things.  What else can I recommend?  Thank you. 

What is the real difference between a Business-Plan and a Consultant Plan? For me it’s just the SAML-option which is included in Business. Consultant can have multiple workspaces. Is that really everything?  I am asking because I am unsure wheter to pick the Business or Consultant plan.  Thanks in advance :)

Hi,I have a problem where some frames lose their drop shadow, and some don’t (see picture under). The frame without shadow was duplicated from the one with the shadow, so I don’t see why that should change the appearance of the frame. Anyone been struggling with the same and might have some answers?Thanks!  

Hello everyone,I can not unlock an object, that I posted to a board. I was invited to a board and I have editor rights, but can not see the unlock function. I understand that there is a long press on the lock icon to unlock an item but any long press is unresponsive. The piece I am trying to open is a 7 page pdf called Stephen Della Casa Works. See a screenshot of the front cover below. Any ideas would be great.
