When I edit a chart, there is a blank space added to the top of the editable chart. how to get rid of this blank space

I´m experiencing somewhat the same problem, but on my board the blank space is stuck in the corner of my screen, meaning I can´t access the title rows to actually edit the chart. Hope this bug gets sorted out quickly.
