I'm having some problems when using Miro with my students, first of all, I used to be able to create videochats, but now, when they enter my videochats, their board becomes all white and they can't hear me.... I have been using miro for 2 months and this started 3 weeks ago and the temporary solution is for me to enter the sessions that they create, this seems to be fixing it, but it would be great to be able to make videochats again.
The second problem is with a specific student: our sessions are always breaking down because her miro shows a sign saying "Our webpage had a problem and it's going to refresh the page" This happens every 5 minutes.
Do you have any advice/solution?
