I think I might be trying to do something not possible with a miro board.Our use case has many of these on a single board. It is simply three fields, a path to a file at azure devops, a PAT (Personal Access Token that has permisions to read the file) a field that contains a version number. A button to save the values, and a check button, that initiates a javascript that calls a rest api to devops to pull the current file version and compare it to the value entered. I have been able to get so far as having the html show up when I click the app, but I'm not seeing an object that I can use to place this on the board. I'm not see one of the board items that I can do this in here - https://developers.miro.com/docs/miro-web-sdk-board-items-crud

I have made a copy of my board. Then performed the CLUSTER BY TAGS. Q: Is there a way to “uncluster’ the command?  Back arrow doesn’t work.  A MAJOR IMPROVEMNT RECOMMENDATION RE CLUSTER FUNCTION:I can ONLY CLUSTER BY ALL TAGS :-/ Would be infinitely more helpful to be able to CLUSTER A WHOLE BOARD (or portions of the board) by a SINGLE TAG. 

I am unable to change the URL of the azure card. It uses default azure URL. Even after I disconnect it automatically connects back to the default URL not giving me an option to integrate the the azure URL from my account. 

Hi,I usually place some fixed and recurring objects in the corner of the frame, such as links, references, etc. It often happens that I need to extend the frame to accomodate new elements inside. When this occurs, the objects on the corner do not move accordingly and I always have to reposition them manually. Is there any solution to keep these specific objects in place? Thanks

Hello, I urgently need assistance recovering files from a project after transferring ownership. I transferred the project to another email address (under my control) for centralization. After the transfer, files disappeared.As a free user, I understand limitations in recovery options.However, I request your help in exploring any methods to retrieve the missing files. Hi, I don’t seem to have spell check on either the app or the browser. I have gone through all the recommended troubleshooting steps and have everything enabled to allow spell check. I have also reinstalled the app several times and checked that I have downloaded the most appropriate app for my desktop. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution? 

Dear Miro Team,I am implementing a mini application with the Custom Action of the web sdk 2.0.The user selects a series of items from the board (app_card, card, connector, frame, shape, sticky_note and text) and when clicking on the button in the context menu a calculation is executed (my custom action).Everything works correctly, but I have observed that when I select more than 50 items, my application does not appear in the context menu. Good afternoon, my Miro account is Free, and all my boards have disappeared from my account, and I am the owner of the Boards, now only one team appears in my account, attached is the message that appears asking for authorization, and I own the Boards, what do I do? Please help me! And no, I don't have another Miro account. 

Good day!I want to delete an empty frame, but it does not budge when I select it and click Delete. I tried to move it out of the way of the other frames, but it won’t move either.There is a post from three years ago about this issue but the suggested workaround does not work.  https://community.miro.com/topic/show?tid=4841&fid=45Now, it appears as though some frames with content (that I want to keep) have attached themselves to the empty frame that I want to delete. I tried to separate them but they wouldn’t move. I moved the contents of the “good” frames away because I want to keep them and don’t want them to get messed up while I tried to handle the frames. Now I have a few empty frames that are attached. I cannot move or delete them. Can anyone help with this one? I would be most appreciative.Sincerely,Anne Becker

When I replace from device an image of the same size in a cropped image, the new image doesn't align to the previous position as it used to. Now, the new image is centered, which forces me to readjust the position every time. Please revert to the old behavior where the new image would follow the positioning of the previous image

Hello! Help me choose a tariff. I need to be able to create an unlimited number of teams, and in these teams give access to an unlimited number of people for editing. Also so that you can create an unlimited number of boards. In this case, it is necessary that I pay for myself as one user, and the rest are simply on the team, and they do not have to pay for themselves, but so that they can also edit.

Hi,  Three dots appeared, which I guess relate to my board as a whole. I pressed copy image, and now there is a version of the table I was working on, except that it is obscuring the board, and I don’t see the normal controls on the left - all I really see is this white hand…I can’t work on my board and I don’t know how to delete the table… Aaargh! Please help!

Hey there,I have the following problem. My education plan has expired - since I use Miro obsessively I wanted to re-apply immediately and used the form a few weeks ago. Sadly, I haven´t got any reaction (positive or negative) back to this day.So my question is: Is there a support-email to contact directly for this issue?I should full-fill all criteria for an education plan which is why I am confused this process is taking so long (+ it is super frustrating not having the option to contact a person directly because I am not even sure if the application-form does work) Would be amazing if someone could help me!thanks in advance

Hi there,I’m trying to import a Miro Board to my Figma Workspace, but everytime I try to do that i receive an error message (See screenshot).I restarted figma and Miro, I also tried the import different boards to find out what the issue is, but so far no luck. Can you help me please?Cheers,Janne 

Hi all!When I log in, I am getting a pop up to create a team, but when I type in name and submit it I am just getting this  I can't delete account either because settings page is just blank.Tried in Brave and Chrome with same result. Mobile app tells me "No account available” and asks me to create an account from desktop.Does anybody know what can I do about it? Thanks.

If my team is currently using the paid version of Miro and if we switch to the free version, will we still have access to the Miro boards we have created so far?

Hi guys, I tried the new estimation tool on my Jira cards, but the agreed estimation is not shown within Jira or on the cards on the Miro board. Does anyone know what can be the problem?Thanks, Maud

I am using Miro for a research study. Today my template has changed the design of all the comments. The comments now look bigger and circular, now also with a “C” text. The colours have also changed. Unfortunately these now cover the text of some items and disturbs my study design. Does anyone know how to revert back to the original comment design? 

Miro Pagination based on cursor-list not working as expected for Audit/logs API.I guess cursor key should not be there in the last page of the response, but we are getting same value of Cursor key continuously every time in the response.Can you please suggest on same?

I am using the web/browser version of Miro.When I login to a new browser session, and attempt to remove an existing assignee on a card, I cannot.If I the Assignee button, the assignee is not listed as assigned with an X. If I assign the assignee again I then get the option to the remove the assignee and it works.If I open the card details pane, the assignee shows as assigned but X to remove the assignee is covered up by the toolbar. I just noted that unregistered visitors on a board with a Talktrack, i.e., someone not signed into a Miro account and accessing a board that is set to “Anyone with the link → Can view or Comment” cannot see any Talktracks in the Talktrack app panel.Note:If the visitor has Edit access, they can see the Talktracks in the Talktrack app panel. If the visiting viewer loads the board with a Talktrack share link, e.g., with “?playRecording=820067ee####” on the end of the link, the Talktrack does load and play.   Happening in Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, in latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox.I have opened a Miro support ticket and will update this post as I learn more. 

Recent changes have wrecked one of my use cases. I want to be able to record videos of moving objects around to precise locations, with no visual clutter–Just the object and my cursor. First problem: The recent “snap to grid” changes have given a grid that is too fine - objects snap to the nearest 0.25 square, as opposed to, you know, the actual grid.Having too fine a grid defeats the purpose of having snap-to-grid, as I’m now constantly compensating for the quarter square thing. It’s forcing me to aim carefully instead of just getting on smoothly with the video.Second problem: Objects that I’m moving are now highlighted with a grey border–More visual clutter. I just want to grab that object and move it, I don’t want any borders or alignment guides to appear in the video. Can we have an option that turns the border off, please?
