Hey guys,I’m new to this community forum, am a years old Miro user. I believe in this stuff - am using it in my professional and private life. Some people saw what I can do, what the tool can do and they suggested… “you should do a training about this”.Now, I am thinking, that I could host a training on how to use Miro for:beginners (including: tool, account creation, then… shapes, notes, connectors, Internet content hosting, collaboration) advanced (frameworks, drawing heatmaps, decision matrixes, agile, facilitation with “hide”)What’s your opinion on this and how would you imagine each of those initiatives?Perhaps there is something we could use, which is already there?FYI, I am good i problem solving ;) I know how the tool can help - now need to leverage this. Regards,Kuba

 We are looking for connector between HubSpot and Miro. Zapier at the moment is quite limited in terms of integration capabilities. I just have questions:What solutions/suggestions that you are using? Is there challenges when you are connecting these two platforms? 

I am a freelance consultant who teaches management skills for a large public sector organisation. I was using google jamboard a lot for simple and easy-to-use online collaboration in zoom sessions. But it is closing down on October 1.  Can anyone tell me whether or which plan to use in Miro to do a few simple things I did in JamboardMy requirements are1. Easy access for visitors with a link (without signing up for the platform) to view and edit2. Easy-to-use sticky notes for brainstorming and other activities3. Able to create a number of boards and quickly move between them4. Able to create custom templates with various graphics on specific boards I need to create my own templates, then invite people to post sticky notes onto the boards. These people need to get access via a simple link, not join miro or be part of the same organisation. Is there a miro plan that does this for me. I am new to Miro but cant seem to get the right answer in the help sections.  Many thanks  Ian C

The interface has changed there's no easy way to get answers now! When you do a Google search the answers are all for the old interface!

Woke up to a refreshed dashboard - cannot see project folders anymore and can’t search boards - what a nightmare! Does anyone know what happened? Am I missing something?Update - switching between workpaces helped refresh and everything showed up again - whew! Should have tried that before posting. :-)

Hello,I am creating a mindmap and I want to write a listing in one textbox, but everytime I press enter to write something on the next line a new textbox is added to the mindmap which I don't need. Is there a way I can just keep on writing in the same textbox after pressing enter without adding new textboxes?  

I am sign up to receive invites to Miro events/webinars/desk diaries etc, and they sound amazing and I am keen to attend - but then every event is on a USA time zone and at like midnight in London. Are the no events held during European office hours?? or am I just getting the wrong invites due to a location settings glich.I am on corporate package, and we do have a US office. but I cant figure out how to update or specify a location. any advice on this?Or should I just cancel event notifications?Thanks!

I want to reorganize my boards and, in particular, have them all organized by Projects. Currently, I can't easily view all boards that are not part of any project. It would be handy to have a filter in the search box allowing me to do so, and then have the possibility to act on all or part of them in bulk.A bulk operation feature would also be appreciated, allowing me to perform actions such as moving, archiving, or deleting multiple boards at once.

Hi everyone Fan of Miro here. We’re trying to wireframe in Miro, and while most of the components are ok.The scrollbar is often very buggy.Once you set the size, you can no longer select it, unless you reload the whole page. Steps to reproduce:Add a scrollbar (wireframe → search for “scroll”) resize the scrollbar try to select the scrollbarExpected resultAt (3), should be able to select the scrollbar, and drag handles appear when mouse overing the scrollbar edges Actual resultAt (3), can’t select the scrollbar at all. Workround, attach another component (e.g. arrow) to the scrollbar. It’s always the same behaviour. Anyone else run into this issue?

We recently downgraded from the business plan to the starter plan, and all 1043 of our boards disappeared. Each board represents a customer and project, so this is a big issue for us.We’ve since upgraded back to the business plan, but the boards are still missing. Strangely, it shows that one of our team members still has access to over 1040 boards, but none of them are reachable.Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or help would be appreciated!

Why are my 2 boards view only, not allowing me to edit the only two boards I have created & own? I used to be able to edit & add to them just within the last few months. I have invited many people to the board & they are all view only. Why the heck am I view only though?This was also created with an email I no longer use or have, but I can’t change the email to my correct email because I registered that email in another Miro account because I was having issues with this one. I shared these boards to my other account and am able to edit in that one but somehow not in this one. That makes NO sense. It also keeps saying I need to upgrade & can only use 3 boards in edit mode, but I ONLY HAVE TWO, and it won’t even let me use them. It also won’t let me duplicate them into another board because of the three board limit. Why the heck are all these stupid and false limitations happening in the free version, when it’s not even reflective of the truth?I am the creator & admin

I have the option in the Content Menu to Import CSV when I select to create an org chart, but when I select it, nothing happens, no dialogue box opens - do I have the wrong settings, is this a known error?

Until the last update, whenever I hit the L - line shortcut I would just get a line formatted in exactly the same way as the last line used. Now every time I draw a line I have to remove the arrow head! It still remembers the line “style” as in straight/stepped etc, and the colour of the last line I drew, but having to make those extra changes every time to remove the arrow heads is very frustrating. I’m working on a large family tree.

Board was built with closer to 1-10% zoom and they are large expansive boards 2 or 3 years ago. I need to use these boards again and want to know if there is a way to resize the entire board to relate to a 40-100% zoom as default. I tried making a new board and copying some of the built parts piece by piece and pasting them in the new board but they won't size up successfully. It's going to be a headache to find the original graphics to build the entire board from scratch.  Is it possible to retrofit the board by changing the magnification without rebuilding from scratch and original image sources? 

My first badge was sent to me via email and once I accepted it it added everywhere it was supposed to, but when I went for my second badge I finished everything and the page said I would be emailed but I never was. I can’t find a way to get Miro Academy to resend my badge and everything is showing 100% completed. Has anyone found a way to remedy this? It is like MIro Academy never sent it.

Сначала долго делал проект… Короче зашел со своего второго аккаунта и вижу что ВСЁ нафиг стёрлось, остались лишь слайды которые делаются автоматом при создании проекта. Как вернуть данные?? При этом, до того как зашел 100% было всё как надо. 

Hi, I experience that internal links breaks when I open my board from a backup file.I have a board with quite a lot of links. The links are between objects within the board and the weird thing that it’s only some of the links that breaks even though it’s the same object they link to. I understand why it happens and what I can do to fix it.Any suggestions?Thanks! Ane

We are seeing an issue that Azure cards created on miro board using the plugin are NOT updated. The state changes on the different issue types (Feature, Story, Bug, etc.) does not reflect on the cards. We every time have to remove and recreate the card which is not feasible with many cards on the board. Hope miro team can provide us some solution regarding this issue.

I ran a workshop earlier in the week and held three dot voting exercises on my Miro Board.I went into to review the board today and I can only see the dot voting results for the most recent exercise. Is there a way of me accessing the previous dot voting results?… 

Hi, Been having issues uploading images, whether png or jpeg/jpg. They are either appear on the miro board, showing the full image with the uploading icon or they appear as a slow pulsing grey boxIf I am lucky enough for them to upload, if I leave and come back all the images have then disappeared.  I’ve uploaded images before and had no issues. Existing boards with images appear to be slow but adding new images either on an existing or new board isn’t working. Can anyone help?

Hello! I am an administrator of a corporate account of an educational organisation, working under the ‘Educational’ tariff.We have problems with receiving emails from Miro. 1) when adding a new user to the corporate account (mail with *ru domain), he/she doesn't receive emails inviting him/her to the corporate account (from invites@notifications.miro.com).2) when trying to change the password to the user's account (mail with *ru domain), he does not receive emails from Miro with a link to change the password or a link to the instructions.I have already read all the instructions on the Miro website - nothing helps. I have written to technical support, but the letters have not been delivered. the problem is observed in the users of my whole team: 200+ peoplewhat to do? what is the reason?
