[RESOLVED] Miro AI not available

The Miro AI icon is greyed out when trying to use it and it is also not showing in the Command palette.

@Brandonjjohnston - I am seeing the same issue. I will open a Miro support ticket and report back here with what they tell me.

Support team:

  • Not working in Chrome or Miro desktop app, Windows 11, 64-bit.

      I do not see the AI button when I am in Miro

        Thanks for jumping in on this thread. Could you please reach out to your Company Admins and see if the Miro AI is enabled? Please feel free to share the screenshot below to your Admins.
