Hello, I urgently need your help. I need to cancel my subscription but I accidentally canceled my ACCOUNT. How can I cancel my subscription? What can I do, i don’t find any Informations for that case … Thank you very much!

By “cancelling account” did you mean you accidentally deleted your team or Miro profile? Is my understanding correct that you were not able to cancel your subscription after accidentally “deleting” your team or profile?

 

As per the Billing team, there is no team and subscription tied to your email address. Could you please confirm the email address connected to the one with subscription? If you are not comfortable sharing in here, you can DM me the info.
