At least in my organisation, Miro is available as an application you can add to a MS Teams site,

Having said this . . . I do need to caution . . . when I tried Miro in this way I could not “cut-and-paste” to other Miro boards created outside of our team.  So at least in my case, this was a disadvantage. But if you are working 100% in MS Teams probably it will be a good solution for you!
