I’ve been working on a whiteboard for the past few hours without logging in, so I decided to log into my account to save it for later. However, when I went to search for the board, it had completely disappeared. It’s not in my saved boards nor in the trash. I even tried logging out and accessing Miro without logging in, but I still can’t find the board. It would be really important for me to access that board again.

Hi @Juan Moreira,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds frustrating to have your board vanish like that.

Were you working on the board using a template without signing in, or did you create it through a third-party app like Google Meet? Understanding how you created or edited the board without signing in will help us better figure out what may have happened.

Looking forward to hearing more details so we can assist you further!

I’ve created it through https://webwhiteboard.com/lite/

Hi @Juan Moreira,

After thouroughly investigating, I found one ticket with the same issue as you explained here that was reported as bug back in 2022. Although the team was able to release a fix, the person who reported the bug did not confirm if it was indeed resolved on their end.

The thing is that, unlike Miro itself, Web whiteboard boards are available for 24 hours. Since you mentioned that you tried logging in after working on the board for few hours then it disappeard, I’ll convert your post to a support ticket as the missing boards created in the https://webwhiteboard.com/lite/ is rather a complex case that needs our support’s intervention.

Kindly check your inbox for Support's responses, and once the issue is resolved, please feel free to share the solution here in the community. This will help others who may encounter a similar issue.

Thanks for your collaboration!
