Hi, I usually use the free web whiteboard for teaching online lessons. Today when I went on,  I got a notification at the top in yellow that says “This board is locked, because its owner’s account is paused” (also I am unable to use it)I do not know what this is referring to. I do have a free miro account.Anyone come across this before / got any solutions to fix this?Thanks

Hello, I’m team admin for EDU institution with active educational plan, so unfortunately I'm limited to edit just 3 last boards. Anyone had a similar problem, please?

This problem just started recently, but when i have two separate objects and want to move them so that they overlap, they will automatically group together. I then can’t adjust anything about either object individually. Have I switched some setting that causes this?

I appreciated the introduction of the new colors. They're great, and helpful. But the old colors are now gone. Was this intended? 

Hello, I am trying to move a board i did as a member on a paid team,  to a free plan team that i own the account, it does not let me make this move of the board ...

Receiving this error when trying to update content of text box on Miro board. Hi! I have a ‘free’ account. I created the board more than 24 hours ago. When I want to enter it again the message ‘This board is locked. Boards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 5 days. Sign up for free to unlock it.’ I have an account on Miro and so have created this board using the account. When I want to log in and unlock the board for free, I can't find it anywhere. How can I access the board again? I don't want to edit it, I just want to go in and see the saved notes. 

Hi, can someone tell me what the limitations are for the video call feature on the Starter plan? I’ve written directly to Miro but haven’t received a response, and I urgently need to know. Thanks in advance if anyone has this information for sure!

Can a Team Space be created through the API? I want to automatically create Spaces for projects from another tool.

Tables in Beta looks fine, But I really miss the option for formatting cells and definitely miss to be able to paste data as a Grid.Please remove the paste as table from beta program, I cant choose this my self. Or please give me the option to choose between table and grid. When Table is more ready for use, I will consider using tables instead of Grids. But right now it gives me a ton of manual work that I do not appreciate at all :-)      

I've explored the mobile app on my smartphone, but I couldn't find the option to create mind maps. Could you please tell me where to locate this feature?

Hello! I have a question that i haven’t been able to find a clear answer for. Problem We’re in a situation where we are currently paying for a seat in our team for a client. They really like Miro and would like to create their own team, but are worried that they’ll loose access to the boards we’ve been collaborating on. Question Is it possible to collaborate on the same boards across two different Miro teams?  Client team> Project Boards <Our team Thank you!

Hi!I’m having a hard time moving objects around. Every time I move one object “close” to another, the other one(s) move away like magnets that cannot touch. I want to let 2 texts to appear near each other but it seems impossible. I tried locking the objects that are already in place, but even locked the move up when I position the new text below the existing one.Is there a way to make objects stay close to each other?Thanks!

Hello guys! how are you?I recently started using Miro, I never had any problems, but today the board I own, the cards are changing colors and texts, by myself, this never happened... would anyone know how to solve it or has it happened? I'll put the video here:The video in my google drive

Hi.Some colleagues in my company have created teams as part of the Free plan. These teams cannot be deleted by the respective team admin because the corresponding notification email for confimation does not arrive. Other notification mails from Miro are received normally.Can someone help me further? Thanks!Eric

Hi there, I’m the owner of the board however I cannot seem to change anything on the board, it’s saying that I need requeset access, then a mail comes to me, and approve, yet nothing happens. Please can you assist.

Is anyone else experiencing this frustrating issue? When I click on a card to add a Start/End Date, the date that populates on the card is the day before the date I click. For example, I would like an End Date of 03/10/2025 on a task/card, so I click that specific date, but “03/09/2025” is what displays on the card. This is a very obnoxious glitch. I don’t see that it’s been reported or is being currently worked on, according the status page, everything is supposedly functioning properly - this is not the case. Please assist!

I cannot see any emojis whatsoever on any MIRO boards. I’m on Windows 11. I have tried multiple browsers, incognito and the desktop app. I haven’t had this issue with other software and the emoji keyboard on Windows works normally. I have no VPN or ad blockersThis issue has persisted for months. Any idea what could be going on? 

I have a group of say 5 people on a board. They are all logged in with their Google accounts. I start up the Breakout Frames feature, and try to assign specific people to specific frames, but this is impossible as their names are not showing in the list where you assign a participant to a frame.Is this feature still not implemented?

The text of the notes is still there, buy the background color had disappeared. I just reset the colors, and they have again disappeared. NEED HELP

Hello Miro community.When using the Roadmap Planning Template and copy/pasting from a source board to a new board, Miro asks if you want a synced or unsynced view. I selected synced, but if anything changes and I have to delete it, it still shows as synced on the source board. I’ve tried Options > Delete and looked everywhere, but I can’t seem to unsync a previously synced view.Anyone know how to do this?

Hi!  I am running the timer with music selected.  It is unmuted.  In the past I could hear music while presenting, but it suddenly stopped.  I have a few team members this has also happened to, but we have not been able to find a setting to fix it.  Has anyone run into this and found a solution?

Hey everyone!It’s my first time using Miro, and so far is been a great experience!I would like to know if it is possible to export all the connections between my objects, as it would really help me creating tests for different features of our product.Let’s say I connect two objects, in this manner:Authentication successful? > No > Failed to login pageAuthentication successful? > Yes > Home pageIs there a way to export this as a CSV, where each line is a connection between two objects? What objects I would need to use in order to achieve this, as I’m currently using Basic Shapes and when trying to export, it says “There is no data to export”. Additionally, the type of object would be really helpful, on our example, the “Authentication Successful” is a decision and the pages are objects inside our system.Thank you for any insights!!
