Custom shapes not viewable

Thanks for bringing this up!

Just to help narrow it down a bit, can I ask a few quick questions?

• Are you personally the one experiencing the custom shape pack disappearing, or is it happening to your teammates as well?

• Is this happening on a specific board, or are the shapes missing from all boards?

• Would you say it’s a team-wide issue, or more random across users?

• When it does work, are you logged into the same account/team as when it doesn’t?

Also, have you noticed if it helps to manually refresh the browser, or does it stay missing no matter what?

Let me know what you’re seeing and I’ll do my best to help troubleshoot — happy to flag it internally too if it turns out to be a broader bug!

It seems to be a random behaviour accross Team members, guests, boards, browsers, timeframes. 
I even had the funny case that I couldn’t see the shapes but others on the board during a worksession saw the shapes as expected. 
I tried different browsers, deleted caches. One of my teammates mentioned that it could be possible that it will work next hour. 

At the moment it looks in Edge and Chrome for me like this. Can see shapes and can switch. But shape itself is not show. Even on a new Board. Also no dependency identified from working on board itself or with diagram feature
 

The funny thing is that some symbols are shown. Here you ca see a lot of empty boxes and few shapes displayed. All shapes are created same way and not of big sizes.

I played bit around and it seems to be random accross users from the team and also guests. Also happening on different boards or all board if shapes are not shown. For me (Windows) it started not working in Edge Browser, a day later in Chrome too. Today it’s still same behaviour even with deleting caches in both browsers. But in Brave browser it’s working. (picture of same shape in two browsers)

For one of my team members working with an apple device it seems to be even more random accross his browsers. Other didn’t mentioned the issue. But I will investigate more on this.
I had a funny workshop where members and guests could see shapes on the board but I couldn’t. 
And now to make it more spicy: Few of the shapes I can see on all browsers. 
 

Shapes are generated all the same way. Different sizes for some in the category. All svg and maturity of the icon size is below 5KB.

But it looks like not many are facing same topic. Maybe we should handle this as a ticket. 

It seems to be random accross the whole team. Some are facing the issue, others not. It’s also random across browsers. Today it’s only working with Brave but not with Chrome and Edge for me. I expect different answers from my colleagues. It’s more browser relating than board relating. so it works for all boards or none.

I had a session on a board where a team member and a guest have been able to see shapes but not me. 

Few shapes I can see in all Browsers. Shapes are created as svg in different sizes and majority of the shapes are below 5KB.

We deleted caches of browsers but that doesn’t helped. 

To me it looks like an issue happening to users working often with shapes and it seems to be a browser relating frontend topic.
