How to Transpose Objects?

Is there a way to transpose objects? I haven’t found any.Currently, I’m using a workaround - cluster objects and then re-arrange these.

How can I see my AI transaction limit?

How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

Can't edit kanban cards from my phone

Hello. Lately I can't edit kanban cards from my phone, same goes for my team. It used to be possible. That is, I can duplicate cards, create new ones, but to get into the card, to write text inside the card - only from the desktop version of Miro. I can't do this on my phone. why is this so?Has anyone run into this? Could the problem be that I currently have a free version of miro?I'd be very grateful for the answers 🤗

Folders?

I am surprized that I can’t organize my boards in folders. I have just started with Miro and I have only 10 boards and even that is hard to manage. I have to believe people have hundreds of boards as I will have someday. How do they organize boards?Why can’t I create a folder structure?My solution is to name boards like this: AA - Board 1AA - Board 2BB - Board 1etc…This is pretty hokey. Any ideas?

Board changes lost / not saving

Since the release of new features recently I’ve noticed that subtle changes to boards are being lost, such as changes to transparency of colours in shapes.I’ve also noticed that the ordering of layers may change when boards are reopened, making it appears as though content is lost or corrupted.I suspect this may be a bug/defect, but please let me know if there’s anything I can do to control this?!

CA Agile (Rally) App Estimation Support?

Miro’s Estimation app does not work with imported Rally cards. Are there any plans to address this issue? It would be sweet if Estimation worked similarly with Rally cards as it does with Jira cards.

[KNOWN BUG] Potential Copy Paste Bug after Doc "Copy link to block" action

When attempting to copy paste into hyperlink and or object to link, copy paste doesn’t seem to work. Copy paste works normally for a text box, but on weird occasions it would not copy paste into hyperlink and/or link to object url. It’s odd because copy paste works for text, but sometimes it works for hyperlinking.I think the bug gets triggered when i’m trying to link to a block within the beta feature text document, but not entirely sure. Sometimes it goes away too but not sure what causes it.

Apple pencil double tap cannot switch to eraser when using ipad app

It’s work in other app such as  notes,Goodnotes .so my apple-pencil 2 is work well I’m using iPad app downloaded from Apple Store  i have reinstalled Miro but still happen any help would be appreciated

Invitees to team do not get 6 digit confirmation code

Hi,We have new offshore team members that are trying to sign up for Miro. They are not receiving the 6 digit confirmation code. Is there anything that can be done to help facilitate this?

Payment for Guests? (3-board limit for Guests?)

Hi all,I tried to add a guest to a board: when I select the guest, it tells me that the guest has been already invited at 3 boards and this imply that my company must pay for giving him/her unlimited guest links (my company has a business plan).in the help pages I don’t find any information on that.could you please clarify?thanks in advance best regardsSara

[FIX IN PROGRESS] Can't resize ERD shapes

I am not able to resize any of my shapes. I can select it, and I see the double arrow to make it larger but when I go to make it bigger or smaller nothing happens. This is a new issue, as I used to be able to. Nothing is locked, I have signed out and back in, cleared cache and nothing is helping. Any ideas?

Board Disappeared

Help! I created a board for a community event- in order to keep assess to the board I signed up for a free account. I thought with an account I could keep the board forever- but it disappeared along with all the information. Is there a way to get the board back?

Laggy on M1 iPad

I have been using a 1st generation iPad Pro (11 inch) with A12X chip for the last couple of years and have had no problem with Miro.However I recently got a new, 5th generation iPad Pro (12.9 inch) with the M1 chip and Miro is now extremely difficult to write on with the Apple Pencil because of lag. I use Miro to conduct my tutoring sessions so it is always a one on one situation, not a crowded board.  Is this a known issue, perhaps something with the M1 chip? This is potentially a huge dealbreaker for me. I have tried reinstalling the app, swapping different Apple pencils, etc., with no improvement.

[INVESTIGATING] Miro table cells changing opacity

In some of my Miro tables I change cell color and opacity to highlight contents.Have done this in the same way for a while and it has always worked without any problems.Now, when changing a cell it looks fine, but when I then continue to change the next cell, the first one drops back to the old opacity (the new color is kept). The same goes if I change several cells at once (works well), but when I continue with one or several more the first ones drops back to the old opacity.An annoying new feature, or what has changed???

Can I have the same sticky not exist on 2 boards simultanously?

Can I have the same sticky note exist on 2 boards simultanously? I have several boards with todo items on them. Then I have a “Today” board where I just focus on the things I want to do today. I want to be able to take an itm on one of my todo boards and also have it exist on my Today board without having to duplicate it. Any way to do that?

Problem with links in Templates

I have two issues with the link usage, and i am not sure about them being just bugs or intentional. It seems as if it where bugs. When i link objects (like images) to elements of the board, then it works fine when i continue to use the same board. However, when i save this board as a template, then SOME of the links continue to be directed to the elements within the same new board (instanciated from the template), and SOME of the links link back to the board where the template was originally saved from. It seems to happen randomly. This is why i suspect that it could be a bug. I always save frames as the linked elements, and the objects that carry the links are always imported images. Here are the objects that carry the initial links. They link to frames within the same board. This is how the linkage functions: from one canvas where the link carrying objects are, to frames that contain other canvases. Scaling Issue - Home - 'Boards on this team' - Vertical Limit

Scaling horizontally causes zoom in ‘Boards on this team’ to scale beyond vertical visibility … see attached snapshots.  Beyond certain width, Board type names hidden.  Fix?  Bug?  Ignore? Running macOS app v0.8.74 in Ventura 13.6.9.
