Hi @Simon Thorpe

Sorry you’re running into this—getting stuck on a loading spinner can definitely disrupt your work.

I recommend following the steps outlined in Miro’s Help Center article here:
https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013588560-Board-performance-and-loading-issues

That guide covers the most common causes of boards not loading properly, including:

  • Network-related issues (e.g., VPNs, proxies, or firewall restrictions blocking required services like WebSockets)
  • Browser data or extensions interfering with loading
  • Device or performance limitations
  • Connection speed requirements (Miro recommends a stable connection of around 8 Mbps or higher)

A few key things to try:

  • Open Miro in an incognito/private window
  • Disable any VPNs or browser extensions
  • Try a different network (like a mobile hotspot)
  • Clear your browser cache/site data
  • Test on a different device if possible

If the issue persists, please let me know so I can connect you with the support team.
