Company shutdown and can't acess my account (SSO no longer exists). I’m still getting charged even though I can’t acess the account. How do I change my e-mail if I can’t login. 

I have shared a Space with another user but when she clicks on he link it just brings her to her own account 

Hi everybody,since a week or so I encounter the following problem on all (!) of my miro boards: The last letter or couple of letters of text inside text boxes is wrapped, like in this screenshot, the “e” is in the next line. The only solution to these linebreaks I have found so far is to manually (!) make the text field wider which is a total waste of time and also annoying. Has anybody encountered the same behavior and more importantly, does anybody know a solution? Thank you 

Hi there, I am a company admin in a Miro organization with multiple workspaces. Can I create a new workspace myself, or do I need to request Miro Support to create one? Thanks for your feedback.  

Hello. I am using MIRO board to check vehicles that we’re added, duplicated or deleted. Can you please tell me how to identify who added, deleted or duplicated vehicles in the MIRO board? I am working offline and I can see the names moving around the board but I cannot identify who made the changes. Thank yoou!

Occasionally, the undo button is just not there and Command Z does not work.Also occasionally copy and paste does not workAlso, occasionally you can’t bring people to youFinally, sometimes work just disappears.These issues are not caused by a change in my role on the board, they just stop working mid workshop.Miro is a great tool but these things are annoying. Why do these fairly basic bugs appear on the app and on chrome? 

Ive been trying to upgrade my account for over 24 hours now and have received this error no matter what i try to troubleshoot, ive restarted laptop, done incognito, cleared cache, tried in the app etc. and 0 luck. super frustrating and a turn off from the miro tool as a whole. anyone else having this issue????   

I am a student and I got to know about Miro’s education plan. I entered all my details and got an email from Miro that I have been shifted to the education plan but my miro account still asks me to upgrade to a paid version and does not allow me to edit a board. I have only one team and 3 boards in it. Appreciate any help with this. ThanksPra

The documentation on Docs says:You can also use keyboard shortcuts for block selection: press Escape once to enter block selection mode, then:shift + up/down -> expand your selection cmd + opt + up/down -> move your selection up and downI think this needs to be updated: the right shortcut for moving the selection up/down is cmd + shift + up/down. This might have been changed because cmd + opt + up/down wouldn’t work in Chrome browsers because it’s assigned to the feature shortcut “Cycle focus to unfocused dialog (if showing) and all toolbars”.    I’ve noticed that the only way to exit block selection mode using the keyboard is by pressing Enter (pressing Esc again selects the parent block). However, if this is done after moving a bulleted item up, the cursor usually stays in the item below, not in the one I was selecting. Is there another way?   It’s a shame that such a useful feature requires pressing multiple different keys: Esc (to enter block selection mode), then Cmd+Shift+U

I am trying to embed Confluence page into Miro. Credentials are good I am able to embed a Miro page in Confluence Not able to embed Confluence in Miro I did try the Troubleshooting references and check the cookies and pop-ups settings.I faced different scenarios.In Miro, my magic link will first display my page and turn into a “You need to be logged in to view this page” In Miro application for MacOS, It will first load and give a preview of my page, and then switch to get “You need to be logged in to view this page”.  But on a web browser, I can see the page properly… sometime… very inconsistant.  Just did a refresh and I get the same undesired Confluence object…What should I do? 

Hi everyone,My Miro board turns into a grey screen after a few minutes of not using it. I exit the app, start it again and I can work again. But as soon as I switch to another app and come back a few minutes later there is again a grey screen. Repeat…. Any suggestions?Best,Jan

Hello community,I have a question regarding the API capabilities.From the documentation, I can see that it’s possible to create and update certain board items (such as cards, sticky notes, shapes, etc.) using the available endpoints.However, when I use the Get All Board Items endpoint, I notice additional item types appearing in the response, for example:"type": "data_table_format","type": "slide_container"and several others.My question is:Are there endpoints available to create or update these specific entity types (like data_table_format, slide_container, etc.)?I couldn’t find anything related to them in the REST API documentation.Thanks in advance for your help! 

Hi, I use Miro sparingly, but when I need it is a lifesaver.Currently on my account i got hit with the three maximum boards per free user message. Probably bcause I ve been invited to a team with a bigger amount of boards even though I only used one. But when I encountered the max boards message I left that team with multiple boards.So all in all my account has one team and one board.At the moment I need to set up a new team for my second job? But Miro keeps pushing me into the paid plans. That seems weird. Where is the board counter? How can it be that I reached the limit when I am member of only one board and left the previous one? In that case I should be able to set up a team and use one board there, no?Thank you very much for your help.

I often share Miro boards with clients who accidentally zoom in/out and lose their place. It would be great to have an option to lock the zoom level or set a fixed view when sharing a board in view-only mode.Is there any current workaround for this, or is this feature planned?

How can I extend my education plan?I’ve received an email saying my education subscription is expiring and that“If you're still a part of an educational institute, apply here to extend your Educational Plan...”But that link is broken and gives error "1c6fbbfc-2fe6-448d-8f7b-8611ee21d82e"Since I can’t reach the site through that email can someone tell me what the process is to extend the education plan? I have looked this up on Miro FAQ and can’t find any information regarding this (except applying for a new plan).Kind regards, A

Hey all,I can see in my Miro interface, that i can create: In the documentation, only boards are mentioned, so I assume that the other types (Diagram, Document, Slides, etc.) are also considered boards, right?Do any of those have special properties or behaviors I should be aware of from an API perspective?If so, is there any documentation available for those specific types?Thanks in advance! 

Hello! I’ve been trying to open my board all day but it is unavailable. I’ve tried to clean cookies and cache, used different browsers and devices, and an app on my phone, but it is still not working. What might be a problem?

Is this only my Miro or is this normal? The text is a lot more clear when editing. Once finish editing, it is burry.  

Hello everyone, I want to export a Board to a PDF, but it does not let me. As soon as I click on “Export PDF” - “Best Quality” it loads shortly, but nothing happens. If I choose “Small file size” - it works, but the quality is to bad to be used. I tried a different board - It does not let me. Which is odd, because I did export the board before with best Quality and it worked like a charm. Can you help me here? Cheers, Andi   

I can't pay for a monthly subscription by my card. I tried to use 3 different cards and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me, I just want a starter plan, why can't I pay for it?

There used to be one way of adding a line break into a table cell by opening a side panel. Inside shown text field a simple “return” did a line break. It was accessible via very tiny icon when hovering cell of second column (not easy to find:-(). Since some weeks this option is gone.Therefore I see NO way to force a line break (like shown in screenshot).Please bring it back or - even better - allow common “ALT+return”. 

I tried to load miro today on my firefox browser but it wont load.This is what I see on developer tools:  On Chrome it works but this is annoying, as I always use Firefox.
