My name is Kateryna and I am a teacher of English currently living and working in Ukraine. I am writing to kindly inquire whether Miro is offering free access or extended features for educators and users based in Ukraine, in light of the ongoing war and its impact on education and communication.

In these challenging times, online tools like Miro have become essential for continuing our work and supporting our students. I use digital platforms daily to organize lessons, collaborate with colleagues, and engage students in creative and interactive ways — and Miro’s features are particularly well-suited for visual learning, brainstorming, and language activities.

However, given the difficult economic and infrastructural situation here, it has become increasingly hard to maintain paid subscriptions. I have heard that some companies are offering special support or free access to users in Ukraine, especially for educators and nonprofit professionals, and I wanted to ask if Miro might be providing something similar.

If there is a way to apply for free access or an educational plan under these circumstances, I would be deeply grateful for your consideration. I am also happy to provide any required verification or documentation regarding my role as a teacher in Ukraine.
