I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines and text for those diagrams.
I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Reviewed board history
- Restored an earlier version
- Tested in different browsers
- Cleared cache
- Opened the board in the desktop app
None of these steps brought the missing content back.Â
