Diagramm connection lines disappear instand

Thanks for the details! That definitely shouldn’t happen.

Could you please share a short screen recording or screenshot of the issue? It will help us better understand what’s happening and try to replicate it on our side.

Also, if possible, let us know:

• Which diagram tool you’re using (Flowchart, Connector, etc.)
• Whether it happens on a fresh board or an existing one

Once we can see it, we’ll be able to narrow this down much faster

I think I may be seeing the same issue. Earlier, I was able to place shapes fine but connecting lines would disappear as soon as I tried to place them. Now, though, this seems to be happening with other shapes, too. I tested this in the Miro desktop app and in browser, in regular and Incognito mode, and in both Chrome and Firefox. I get the same result everywhere and in all boards I’ve tried. Sometimes, I can place a few shapes right after a reload, but after a few seconds, the problem crops up again.

Adding my report here too. Exactly the same bug, but it's not just happening with connection lines or arrows—new shapes also disappear instantly right after drawing them. It's happening to me across multiple different boards.

We need a fix please!

I’m having the same issue. As soon as I place a connecting arrow, either between two shapes or one shape and one text box, it disappears. Looking forward to a fix.

exact the problem Marc and RL-Unity had made a video from. So I think, i do not have to do another Video. ;-)

It happens on fresh board and existing ones, type is flowchart, but seems to happen with other diagrams to.

Edit: Works on iOS App, but it is uncomfortable for me.

Second Edit: Tried it again a few minutes before, and now it seems to work????
