I’m atm using Miro for free waiting for an upgrade to Miro Starter plan. Me and my collegue (that already uses Starter plan) experience that when we invite people to collaborate in our boards using the shared link they - without us doing anything - becomes members in our team and we get asked if we’re supposed to pay for them. Since I’m used to Mural where this never was an issue I’m confused about how I’m supposed to collaborate with guest editors in Miro. What am I doing wrong? 

I have started a free trial, for our team, but have cancelled it. How do I ensure that it is cancelled for everyone and not just for me? 

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble playing an audio file embedded from my Google Drive. It was working fine before, but tonight it suddenly stopped. I’ve tried using several browsers, but the issue persists.When I click on the eye symbol, the player interface appears, but the play button doesn’t respond when I click it.I use this feature frequently, so I’d really appreciate your help.Thank you!

So, apparently, this appears to be an issue for several people, but I’m getting an Error loading payment session issue when I go to upgrade my account. Using F12 shows that I have instances of an error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()Is this just a known bug that has to be fixed on a per user basis? 

The embed function doesn’t work properly today.

Hello, We have 3 licences in the start plan, I create a new board and I share with the core team of the projet 10 people with their email adresse to be able to edit it. Miro push me a message ask me to paid in 7 days. I was thinking in Starter plan we can share board and edit it with external people. What is the solution ? Did I have to move to Business plan for the 3 licences ?Thank you

I want to know how to use tables as demonstrated in October 8th’s Canvas ‘24 session using the Innovation workspace! It’s AMAZING!!!!! Is it available yet? 

Have your timelines also dissapeared? Mine are gone and were replaced by this caption below. Any ideas on how to get them back? Maybe a board backup?  

“Spaces” (former projects) are not working in my education plan (if I click on them they do not react at all, means not showing the boards in this space)? Are there limits in the number of spaces with an education plan … are there technical problems with the new spaces? Whom can I ask this question?Thanks for your help,Martin

I have added the Story Points field to our Jira tickets (and actually hidden the Remaining/Original estimates fields).However, even after doing this, the Miro Estimation is setting the Remaining and Original estimate fields in minutes (see History log), instead of using the Story Points field.Note: The Story Points widget correctly sets the story points (see the extra History log). 

Hi all,I’m preparing for PI Planning in our team and I have added boards for the teams with user stories and features. The issue I'm experiencing is that not all User Stories do not show the amount of story points on the card. Instead I have to extend the item in Miro or open it in ADO. We have not been able to find a relation between the ones that show the amount and the ones that don’t. Has anyone experienced the same and if so is there a way to fix it so the amount of story points show on the card? :) Thanks in advance!

I have several Miro boards, but since I was put into a team in my workplace, I can only see the boards on that team. I became editor instead of owner on all my other boards, and I can only reach them through a link that I sent the group. I cannot see them on my owner page. How do I become owner again of all my other boards?>  

Is this a joke?Of course I want my data and I’m waiting to be contacted by the support team with instructions on how to do it, while finding a Miro alternative…This is not a way to deal with such an important matter.

Mouse wheel randomly switches between zoom and scroll functions while working on Miro board. This inconsistent behavior occurs during regular use, making it difficult to maintain precise control over board navigation. The issue persists regardless of using the desktop app or browser version.

Hello,i started to notices strange behaviour from the Layers function under certain conditions:Here i do have a Layer called “Canvas”. It contains the following build up: a transparent frame, having the name on it. This frame is important to be able to export the whole canvas including content as an image or pdf. a colored shape, just to give the coloured and visible frame the canvas as an imagethen there are several other layers. Relevant for this part of the board is the “Examples” layer which contains pre-existing sticky notes, those that you can see in the screenshot here.The “default” layer should then contain all the additional sticky notes that users are adding. There: the “examples” layer can be hidden, and then users can add their own sticky notes, within the default layer. You deleted all my prepared roadmaps as part of the update of the Timelines tool. I do not know how it is possible to issue a new release without backward compatibility or informing users that they need to make a copy of the data somewhere else.I hope that your support team is able to restore my data, as indicated in the screenshot and will contact me ASAP. For me this data was critical and needed today 🤦 I am infinitely upset, you destroyed the planning base, this is not a customer-oriented approach.  

Hello! I've been using Miro for at least 3 years -- it's simply the best! Every year I renew my subscription. I work on my own, my team consists of  onlyme, I invite my clients just as viewers or editors. I have a question though:Today I renewed my year-subscription -- I paid 192$.But I see I have to pay 113$ more -- and I don't get how did this occure. 113$ -- what for?  Maybe my English is too poor to undestand :) I googled all the words but still have no idea what does all this mean. Please, clear this up! 

The plugin with figma is no longer working. I’ve used it various times, it worked successfully. Recently, it’s been flagging this error - no matter what I try to pull through. I’ve tried reducing the size of elements, attempting to pull through with other images in case the files were corrupted in some way, opening new figma file and trying to pull new things through there, and it still doesn’t work.Not sure how to proceed but this is severely impacting my team and workflow, we use figma to centralise our work and I can’t even pull through designs anymore.

Hi,Longtime Miro user. For the first time in a while, I’m exporting to pdf and I cannot find the file. Searches of help and the community say that the file should be where my browser downloads are, and this is where I’ve found them in the past. It is not there. The csv of the board can be exported and found in the downloads folder but not the pdf of the board. Have tried several times and even copied a subset of the board to a new board and tried that. Nothing.Help would be greatly appreciated!
