Every time I attempt to add this email to our board as a guest, it kicks me back to the confirmation window. Just about everyone else invited doesn’t have an issue. Is this a bug? Or is there something that I’m missing?

@Kat Kuo Since you’re not on the Enterprise Plan where the Guest feature can be disabled, I cannot see any reason why adding a Gmail address wouldn’t work as there is currently no Miro subscription where an admin can block users from being added to external teams. Therefore, it does seem like a bug.
If the issue is still happening, I would suggest that you open a ticket with Miro support by following these instructions:
