Hello Miro Support,

I lost access to my own board which I was using to prepare for my exam. When I try to open it, I get the message “No access to the board.”

This board is very important for my exam preparation, and I urgently need access to it again. Could you please help me restore it

Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry to hear you’ve lost access to your board, especially with your exam coming up.

In most cases, the “No access to the board” message means that your permissions were changed or the board was moved/owned by another team member. Since this is an account-specific issue, we won’t be able to restore access here in the Community. I recommend reaching out to the person who originally shared the board with you, or—if you’re part of a team—contacting your Admin to request access again.
