  • Are they accessing from the browser, the desktop app, or mobile app?

Hi ​@Arina Zemtsova, thanks for flagging this. What you’re describing matches a recent incident where boards got stuck on “Connection restored” or wouldn’t load.

The team has already rolled out a fix. For the latest updates, please check this thread: Known bug: Board loading issues on the app.

Could you try again and let us know if the issue still persists?
