I’m a Team Admin, but needs to figure out how billing was calculated. I suppose that there is some other team created which contains other people therefore we have more seats in the bill then in the our team. And looks like nobody knows who is company admin. I need at least to send email to his account to reach out. How that can be done?

@D0dger-911 The experience will vary depending on if you have a Business or Enterprise subscription, but you should be able to

  1. select either the members or settings section of a team

     

  2. switch to the Users → All users tab on the left
  3. and then either Filter on Company Admin (or scroll through the list to look for Company Admin under Additional Roles.
