I have a number of boards in my all boards list which come from a group I visited. The boards have been deleted from that group but I still have them in my “All Boards” page and cant remove them.What do I need to do to delete them?  This shows there is no “remove board” in this menu. 

Hi - has anyone come across this problem? I use Miro under two accounts. One is a client’s account. The other is my own account. When I’m logged into my own account and try to upgrade accounts, it seems to think I’m logged in under the client’s account. My client has over 50 users and I have 3 users, but want to upgrade to 15 users. So when I try to upgrade to 15 users, it tells me I need to remove 35 users. I assume it thinks I’m in my client’s account. If anyone has had this experience and knows how to fix it, advice would be greatly appreciated. 

I am inquiring on how to delete contents from a current board.  I usually use my board to collaborate with students and don’t want to “create a new board” every time I want to use a clean slate.  I cannot find any feature that would allow a simple “wipe the slide clean” option.

I have a class of 12 year olds, who have tried to follow the link I sent them to join my board.  Unfortunately, they have got confused and have forgotten their passwords, and we can not get them back in as it says that their emails are already in use….How can I get them back?!Many thanks

Hi,when I upload a powerpoint (O365) deck to Miro, the layout in presentation mode gets messed up (fonts and shapes). Do you have any idea? ThanksPeter 

We’re looking to use a large number of boards across different meetings we’re running - is it possible to generate blank boards in a bulk process, and have access to an exportable list of links to those boards?

Hello. My company has recently started using the Jira integration, and it works well in general. However, there are issues with the query in Miro for some users - it returns a different set of results than when run in Jira. I am a company admin and tried running the query - Miro returned all expected results, but for another user, it missed some of the Jira tickets.Are there any obvious reasons for this that I am missing? I assume Jira and Miro permissions shouldn’t affect this? The user with the problem has access to all tickets in Jira.Many thanks.

It’s possible that I’m going mad but I’m sure that when I was on my colleague’s board (as a guest editor, he has the Consultant Plan) that I could use both the bring to me and the Bring everyone to me functionality when in a workshop (we co-deliver together). Has the functionality changed?  It doesn’t work today and I’m sure I used it with another group yesterday.

Hi I am trying to copy and paste some of the material from one board on my work Miro account to my personal Miro account and the material will show up for 1 second and then just disappear. Has this happened to other people and what can I do ?

Hi guys! I built a multi-sheet, interactive Miro board presentation, also including embedded Google Slides Presentations. However if I share my screen with other users and click through the embedded Google Slides, the others only see the title page of the presentation. Am I missing something? Is it possible that viewers can directly follow my Google Slides presentation in Miro? Thank you for the help in advance Best Raphael 

Hi everyone, I have a lot of sticky notes of different sizes and was wondering if its possible to change them all to a “same size”. Would love to avoid doing one by one ;-) 

How do I place an icon/picture in a name of a frame?I see that it is possible, just can't find out how.Thanks in advance.

I want to lock the process map inside a frame and send it out for comments only.  I don’t want the collaborators to be able to mess with the process flow diagram just comment.  

I’ve been using Miro for a few months, and somehow the Windows App UI has gotten WAY smaller to the point it is barely workable. See attached image, that is a 20mm cube for reference.Any idea what the issue could be? I am working on a Windows Surface Pro 2017 with an external monitor.  

Hi! Whenever someone new requests access to one of our boards, it sends an access request email to every single member in our team. Is there a way to keep these requests to be sent to team admins or board owners only?We have a lot of editors in the team and not everyone will know who can share what and it creates noise.Hoping someone can advise. Hi there. Im wondering if there is anyway to print out comments mad on boards?

We use other tools here and do not want to use 3rd party tools from other vendors where we have not signed a privacy agreement.I think since Covid-19 every company has Zoom / Teams / Webex or other for such purposes. If someone needs this can you enable / disable it in admin settings then?

Hi, I am having the exact issue as another user asking this: “I’m missing both countdown timer and voting plugins from the bottom toolbar (they were never there). Both apps appear as “Installed” from the marketplace. I tried to reinstall them, that didn’t help. “However, the solution that was suggested for this user was that the timer had been moved to some new “Meet” area in the top right. But I don’t have that so I am stilling missing a solution to this. Appreciate any suggestions!  

Hi!I am new with Miro and trying to use it for a workshop, where all participants would need to evaluate  the same video. My goal would be for a moderator to start and pause the video for all, the participants write things on sticky notes and discuss their thoughts whenever the moderator pauses the video. Is that possible? I am trying to not use the original video location at the same time/or share the screen in another videoconferencing tool.Thank you very much!Daniela 

When i try to sync my artboards from sketch to miro i get a connection error pop up and nothing happens. I noticed this after updating to Big Sur and i am wondering if this is related. I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but it still does not work. Any ideas out there?     

I teach a large architecture class with over 80 students. I have students post their work to a Miro board so that during a Zoom session we can all look at the work together and comment and mark-up the work. Students are posting multiple PDFs and PNGs with images for each assignment. The Miro board loads painfully slow, and now that the board has ~200 student generated pages in it, when I am using both Miro and Zoom at the same time, Zoom crashes and Miro lags. Does anyone know of ways that get the Miro board load the images that I am zoomed-in on faster (without trying to load everything in the page)? Also, are there settings to help the overall board use less bandwidth so that Zoom can still operate? This is soooo frustrating!

I’ve maked my project and want to export its to photoshop. But when I’ve tryed to export its i saw itOk. I’ve tryed to export the project as PNG and remake by template. But I can do it only in small quality.I don’t want to pay 12$ for just one export. What should I do?

Hello;I have been using Lucidchart for a long time, my company is using now Miro. I'm trying to reproduce what I had in Lucidchart but so far I haven't been able to. I was wondering if it is because it is just not possible to do it. SituationIn google sheet I have a huge DB that generate several Pivot Table I have different Google Sheet Tabs in a document with Pivot Table I would like to import in Miro the Pivot Tables  I would like to customize the look of the Pivot Table At the moment I'm only able to display a kind of snap shot of the Pivot Table in Miro with a Google Sheet Look. I can't customize within Miro what parts of the Pivot table I want to display nor customize its look.  It kinda look like I just plugged a snapshot of Google Sheet in my Miro board which doesn't look good. I'm very interested in having things working in Miro as it seems Miro is better at handling huge amounts of

I’m doing a little test - checking out all of the features - to play with Miro out before utilizing it on a real project. I’m trying to add Photoshop files to my white board, but they keep coming, or more accurately, at a very low opacity. Here are some screen shots. I did a little test doodle of a christmas tree, saved it as a PSD, uploaded it to more board and you can’t hardly see it.  What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance,CJPS: Bonus question: If i make changes to the file, will the file update in Miro? 

Recently the Share buttons both inside and outside of a board do not work for me.  When I click them the loading indicator spins once or twice, the gray overlay appears, but then no dialog opens up so I’m not able to share.  Any idea what’s causing this?  This is specific to Chrome, and I’ve tried clearing cache, reloading, restarting, etc.
